I will admit right off that I have not used the press yet. But, I was really tickled to see the rack and baking sheet that was included. The baking sheet is really thin and flat and large. Seemed good!

The first time I used it, for some frozen garlic bread, the bread burned before the time was up and stuck just a little too the pan. When I pulled the bread off, the black paint came off the pan with it. THe pan will have to be thrown away--seems a shame. If it's not meant for use in the oven, then there should have been instructions for usage.

I got an awesome deal for an excellent price. The only thing I didn't count on was that I had never used a dark cookie sheet before. Two cookie sheets entered only one came out. The dark cookie sheet burned the base of my cookies even when the top was still raw. Also some of the teflon coating peeled of with the first use no scrubbing involved it just peeled along with the cookies. That is the only reason I gave this 4 stars. I would have given it 5 stars but that cookie sheet was bad. Everything else was awesome. It would have still been a stupendous deal even without them throwing in the cookie sheet but they did and since it burned a batch of cookies it cost them a star.

I'm embarrassed that I have this as a gift. What a piece of junk. The cooling rack is the only part that doesnt' deserve to be in trash!

Doesn't work properly, extremely poor manufacture. Some of the most ridiculous shipping I have ever seen - the box was enormous. Garbage, don't buy it.

I bought this item for 9.99. the cookie sheet is very thin and bends easily. haven't had problems with it peeling yet, but I can see it coming on the back of the sheet.

the cookie press is ok. I've never owned one, but I thought it was suppose to make baking cookies easier. like the previous reviews, dough gets caught in there making the whole process longer than it should be. it took me a little bit to figure the thing out, there were no instructions for the baking handicap.

one of the plastic pieces for decorating broke on the first try. they are cheaply made!
Overall, I was dissappointed in the item, very cheaply made. Don't waste your money, instead apply it to something that's worth a bit more, but works and lasts.

Bought for 10 bucks.

The press is functional, but it is difficult to use and produces a lot of waste. The notched lever is very finicky and frequently comes out of place. The spring on the press works sometimes and not others.

The cookie sheet is useless -- it peeled on the first use.

I did attempt two batches. Not a quality product & far below expectations -- it should be returned or goodwilled.

UPDATE: I returned the item and was assessed a 2 dollar restocking fee. Ironically, that's about what this product is worth.

I bought this when it was on special for $9.99 and not sure if it was worth it. The cookie sheet was very thin and bendable. The press itself looks like it would hold up to quite a bit of useage, but the manual needs more updating.

- There is a pivoting setting (1, 2, and a tab) that appears to control the amount the lever moves; though the manual mentions nothing about this.

- The vertical shaft is notched, with a spring-loaded catch to prevent it from moving back up. When fully loaded, there is a springback effect with the lever (it moves back up due to too much pressure). I found I need to press on the lever as well as the vertical shaft in order to get cookies out of the small dies.

- The spring-loaded catch sometimes sticks and does not re-engage.

- No openings at the feet to determine how much dough has come out.

I would not recommend this product. Instead, I would recommend the style my mom uses. It has a twist-dial to advance the plunger, and there were openings in the feet so you can tell when just the right amount of dough came out so you retain the roundness of the shape (not so it's flat).
