They are sharp - like a surgeons tools. And they are sharp to look at. I had already purchased 3 of R Ray's Gusto Grip knives and love them. I am in the beginning stages of Rheumatoid Arthritis and they are so sharp I don't have to use much strength, they are comfortable in hands that are always in pain and the grip is terrific because they don't slip from my hands. You put the knives in upside down so they don't drag on the wood, which typically dulls the knives. She thought of everything!!

I purchased these knives for my wife, she's the cooker in the family. She was very excited to get these. I find myself slicing and dicing more often now that we have a great set of knives. The handles are very comfortable. She loves them, I love them... you'd love them too.

I replaced a set of Chicago Cutlery with these knives. These are incredible - I no longer have to fight to cut something straight, they're easy to use, the grips are incredibly comfortable. The east west knife is probably my favorite - first time I used it I chopped up every vegetable I had in the house I was so thrilled with it.

These knives are really great. The handle grips are super comfortable and the east/west knife is awesome! It makes cooking so much for fun and easy--no more wrestling with your food!
