Purchased a black one. Nice pattern and fit. I washed it in cold water, delicate cycle, button up and flip the shirt inside out. Hang dry, give it a few pull and no iron needed. Make sure to use fabric softener as it could be a bit scratchy for people that's not used to wearing rough linen.

Wash it once and it fades,snags,and buttons fall off. Also this color looks like the draperies in a cheap 1950s motel. Get the Izods instead.

This shirt is mostly about texture. Has a nice casual look with outstanding texture that can be worn in most non-formal settings.
Added bonus is that it is yarn dyed so that the interwoven colors really are pleasing and should stay that way through many washings/wearings.
