I have subscribed to and enjoyed this magazine for several years, and gave four subscriptions as gifts this year, and I am sure they will all be enjoyed. This is a pleasant way to pass some time, get creative, or just relax.

Even though I have subscribed to this magazine for close to 20 years I still love it. Its pictures and stories have gotten me through dreary winters of longing for the summer outdoors and sweltering summers yearning for crisp weather and the roar of a fire. It may have some ups and downs, but overall you can't beat it.

I have been receiving the issues and I love the content of this magazine (why I subscribed!). Lots of great ideas and inspiring stories on creative types who enjoy all things country, vintage, crafty and cozy.

I enjoy this magazine as a consumer and decorater for my family and home. It brings a lot of useful information and is pleasant to look at. The presentations of menus and food is always something you can use or try for adding spark to your meals.

Been a long time subscriber since the original issue. Now too many ads passed off as decorating ideas. Used to be really fresh ideas but now its repetitive. Probably won't be subscribing anymore.

This is my #1 favorite decor magazine. It's full of very creative ways to decorate with antique furniture and linens. The end result is classy and ecletic and something everyone could do.

Although it has a lot of advertising, it is an informative magazine and gives helpful info about decorating in the country style.

Even when I lived in the city - yearning to be in the country - I loved this magazine! As a matter of fact I just picked up 12 year old copies at a yard sale this summer and the articles, recipes and tips are just as valuable today as they were back then!

While other magazines get leafed through from friends and visitors to our home, Country Living always seems to get well worn, well actually devoured is likely a better word! Even my 12 year old reads it!

I love this magazine. It provides great ideas that look good. Country is a lifestyle. This magazine exemplifies that. It shows all different styles of country. You don't have to fit into one look. I prefer this to Country Home, which generally is dated in their decorating.

I used to like this magazine. However,it is so difficult now to find the text due to the ad-heavy format.I would pay more for a subscription and have a cleaner, less cluttered format.

and especially the family heirlooms that have been passed
onto you. The ordinary everyday chairs, linens, and china that
belong to the agarian era of the Family Farmhouse.
In an inventive an unique way, Country Living uses the antiques
to compliment our modern way of living.Nothing is wasted.
Beauty can be found in the placement of objects.
A kitchen will have a dishwasher camouflaged among a one
hundred year old table and chairs.
The pictures are beautiful and the price of the magazine is
very reasonable.
Usually there is an article for the 20 somethings. It
is 60's retro, or how to be country in a city loft...

I have continued to get this Magazine subscription for almost 4 years now. I really enjoy the pictures and the many different ways to do "country". I began subscribing because I was gathering information on opening a "Bed and Breakfast" and I wanted to see the looks that were out there that said "cozy" and "homey". This Magazine has never let me down I find that I enjoy the section that they have called "Real Estate Sampler" as well as the product information that they have in the back of the book.

I used to get over 16 Magazine Subscriptions, and for me to keep subscribing to this one speaks volumes(please check out my other Magazine reviews)The other Magazine that I liked about as much as this one along the same lines is House & Garden.

Happy Reading

I was so happy to find a subscription to this magazine on Amazon.com. The price is much lower than I expected, and lower than I had found otherwise. This magazine is great for anyone looking for inspiration in home decorating. The title may say country, but there are also many contemproray ideas offered. Great gift idea for someone into home decorating!
