Sheets were untra thin but you get what you pay for and these were really cheap. I would not buy them again and do not recommend them.

Sheets? Sheers! - Review written on July 02, 2008
*
Rating: 1 out of 5

These are not usable as sheets. Even doubled, they are very see-through. I would have returned them but Amazon's, "If it is not our fault" policy would have me pay shipping. Yeah, it is cheaper to keep the sheet set. They do make great light tan sheers. The color is consistent throughout and the pillowcases turned into nice kitchen curtains. If you are crafty, these are way less expensive than buying sheers or even purchasing the fabric to make your own.

Got this at a great price and on sale and was expecting less but was very pleased when these sheets owned up to the overall good reviews here. The sheets are thin (suppose microfiber is like that) but are well made. Depending on the pillow or mattress color and material, that may be an issue to some. Overall, besides some color bleeding, the material is strong and very smooth. In fact, it's perfect for the summer time, especially if you use one of those mattress toppers/foam, which tend to be hot and heat-retensive. Overall, this is 5 stars for its value if you get this on sale. Otherwise, 4 stars nonetheless.
Worst sheets ever! - Review written on June 25, 2008

Rating: 1 out of 5

They are very, very thin. My set arrived with several stains and an overall "soiled" look. The pillow cases both had multiple holes. A thrift store wouldn't even bother selling sheets in this condition. At least Amazon's excellent customer service makes getting a refund a painless experience. Honestly, even if the sheets hadn't been ripped and dirty I don't know how anyone could rate these above 2 stars.
Cheap quality sheet - Review written on June 23, 2008

These sheets are horrible. They come off the mattress throughout the night and the quality is horrible. It is like sleeping on scrachy polyester.
These sheets are just OK - Review written on June 19, 2008

I had to laugh when i opened these sheets. I have to agree with the person that said they were like sheer curtains. thats exactly the way i would describe these sheets. You can not hide the fact that these are cheeply made. they are nowhere near worth 50.00. however they weren't that bad to sleep on and i'll keep them as back up sheets.
Thinner than I expected! - Review written on June 18, 2008

These sheets are very soft and silky but very, very thin. I decided not to use them on the bed but they made wonderful curtains! Not really what I'd call microfiber - they feel more like rayon.
What do you expect for $9? - Review written on June 16, 2008

Rating: 1 out of 5

I don't know what I was thinking. I just wanted a pair of cheap sheets for the summer. I didn't realize that polyester sheets would be so hot. Also, I slipped around on the cheap fibers and the sheet didn't stay on my bed through the night (very low-quality elastic corners).

Um, what can I say about these sheets...well they were for my Son's bed and he states that they are comfortable. Not much else to say there are sheets after all nothing fancy.
took a chance - Review written on June 14, 2008

The reviews are certainly mixed, and with understandable cause. I love how soft, silky and cool these sheets feel. But if you have a kitty... our cat's claws very easily get stuck in these sheets and has made them look somewhat ratty already. None of our other sheets have this problem. Additionally, they don't stay on the mattress real well. By morning the fitted sheet is almost coming up completely from under the mattress edge. So it seems the fitted sheet is somewhat too large and loose, the elastic corners and stitched edges not tight enough. But for under $10, I don't mind retucking my fitted sheet.
Thin, they are... - Review written on June 04, 2008

...but a treat on my skin. After reading some of the reviews, I thought I'd purchased a bad product. When the sheets arrived, they were thin but fit my queen size bed just fine. It's the way they feel against the skin that's just incredible. When I washed them, there was no pilling and they still feel glorious. I'm back today and ordered 4 more sets!
Only good for a dust cover - Review written on May 08, 2008

Rating: 1 out of 5

I knew these sheets would be thin, based on customer reviews, NOT product description. I was completely disappointed when i received the sheets. They are more sheer than curtain sheers.

Not only can you see right through them, they are absolutly the worst quality I have seen. I cannot imagine someone paying $40 for these sheets.

Hopefully they will work as dust covers for my furniture while I travel.

These sheets fit my king size bed fine, and they feel like heaven when you climb into them, but they slide off the mattress too easily. Maybe if I had a different mattress pad, they would work better. I went back to my regular sheets after having to (totally) remake the bed every morning.

These are horrible, they tend to fuzz up with lint balls, they do not stay on the bed,so while you move around while sleeping you get caught up in both sheets, not worth the 16.00

As I took them out of the package, I was glad they were thin. I tend to get hot as I sleep, especially in Tennessee in the summer, so thin isn't bad. After washing them and putting them on the bed, the fabric began to peel and create little balls. I'm still going to use them, but at this price, I suppose I got what I paid for.

So thin they could be sheer curtains! - Review written on April 14, 2008

Rating: 1 out of 5

When I got these I was amazed at how incredibly thin they are. They could easily be made into sheer curtains- they are that translucent. They are soft, but they do not fit the twin bed well and I am afraid that with one big foot shove they will rip......QUITE disappointed!

After reading reviews about these sheets, I became rather concerned while awaiting them in the mail, especially about the constant complaints of how thin these sheets are. Yes, they are VERY thin sheets, and that is what makes them the most comfortable sheets I have ever slept on! The texture is fabulous, both light-weight yet will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. I work from home, and most of the time in bed, and these sheets are just wonderful to lay in. Luxurious with the feel of satin, these sheets are great for those who want to pamper themselves. I live in balmy, stinkin' hot Florida, and for the first time in ages, I am able to cool off in my own bed from the cool spots the sheets produce. When I have my A/C on, the sheets become so warm and snuggly.

I would DEFINITELY recommend these sheets. My family is even planning on buying themselves multiple pairs of these sheets. :) I will definitely buy more!
Super soft sheets...but ..... - Review written on April 07, 2008

Rating: 3 out of 5

These sheets were soooo soft the first time I slept on them although they were a little small for my king bed. They also tend to shift and move while you sleep and come off the bed. But I think the softness of them makes up for this. Also, when you have wash them a few times, they get little fuzzies on them. But I would still recommend these sheets because they are so comfortable to sleep on!

The color shown was exactly what I got. The feel of these sheets is nice and very soft but the fit of the bottom sheet as well as the pillow cases is off. I consider them adequate for the price I paid but I would not order these sheets again.

I bought these sheets in Hunter Green queen size.

Pros: the color was great, they fit my bed.

Cons: the great color lasted for about 10-secs, until after one cold water wash it bled over everything - our night clothes, comforter etc. Very very thin and poorly constructed. Would not recommend, definitely not worth the price.
Worst bed linen I have ever purchased. - Review written on March 13, 2008

If I could give these sheets a zero, trust me I would. They look so full on the picture. But when you get them to hand, they look worse than the washed out, worn out hospital sheets. You can see right through them one end to the other. I bet, if you put them in the wash, they'll tear. If you're looking for affordable sheets that look good, don't buy these. Stay farrrr.

The material feels decent on the skin, but the fit is probably the worst I have ever experienced. The full set is far too loose. I may try it on the queen mattress I have downstairs, but I think it'll be too small for that. Just very bad quality in general.

These sheets feel nice but do not stay on the bed at all. They are also extremely hot thus making it hard to use them except on the coldest winter days. I will most likely not use them more than the once I did....waste of money.
