Bought this game for my six year old and she absolutely loves it. We've played it every morning since christmas morning. It's a great twist to the regular UNO game. Downfall I would say is that if you go to the recommended 500 points it takes quite a while and gets to be too drawn out for little kids. Overall it is fun and helps my daughters with their adding since I make them add their points up in their hands at the end of the game.
Fun, But Not As Good As It Could Be--3.5 Stars - Review written on December 28, 2007

I bought this for my son, age six, as a Christmas gift. We have played it a couple of times, and it is fun. However, I don't like the fact that the whole game can turn on one spin. For example, when you spin, there is a chance that you could end up having to trade all of your cards with somebody else. That's just not right. Especially when one of you has whittled down to only one or two cards and the other may have ten cards in his hand. I like the idea of this game, but some of the spins are just too goofy, and take away from the fun of the game instead of add to it.
I love the original UNO game, and I think this one is okay. My son likes it more than I do, so that's why I am giving this four stars instead of three.
Also, the box that it comes in is useless for game storage. That should have been designed better. Should probably take off a star for that, too.

We have always loved UNO but this game is fun. Great for family game night. The spinning changes the game each time.

Someone mentioned about the box not containing all the parts once it is opened because of the opening in the front of the box. we just saved the clear plastic piece and it holds all of the game in.

Great GAME!!!

Great for family fun...It is educational for my daughter (3); But to me, all games don't have to teach. Some things are JUST FUN. This is one. We play at least once a week.

This game has really been a lot of fun and a wonderful way to have a "family night". We've done a lot of laughing and also some groaning. Even if you get a lousy hand, one spin could change everything and it realy is unpredictable. Keeping scores will help with math skills and so you can tell yourself that you're learning but all in all, it's just good clean fun.

My only warning - A previous reviewer stated that the packaging was poor. I agree. At first, I was thrilled that it took me less three minutes to get the game out and assemble it (other parents may appreciate that, especially after spending more than 20 minutes to open some items!); however, you really cannot store the game in the original box since there is a great big hole (so that the potential buyer in the store can TRY ME and spin). I still give it five stars, however, because it is otherwise a lot of good, clean fun and it really seems to be even more fun with a lot of players. It's worth the price. I applaud Mattel as I have been a little disappointed in their other products as of late.

I bought this for my 6 year old grandson for his birthday. He plays it with his mom and dad all the time and they all love it!

This game is great. I love that there are no batteries involved. Some of my family members didn't like how the game could change so much with the spin of the wheel. I think that kept it exciting and fun. We played with my 5 year old,who was winning, and the spin of the wheel turned his luck. He was furious and stormed off. We'll give it another try soon.

This is a really fun game, with a great pace. In the beginning it was difficult to distinguish the spin cards from the normal cards, but now that I know what they look like, they are easy to spot. It is a spin on the classic uno games, but seems to go a bit faster and keeps the attention span of younger children. Great game for the price.

This is a great variant of Uno. My daughter received it for a holiday gift and all of my kids love it. It's simple enough for the five year old to play her own hand, fast paced enough that the adults don't get bored. In poor lighting it can be difficult to make out the Spin emblem on the cards.

The only problem with this game is the packaging. It's utterly useless as a storage container and the size and shape of the game make it difficult to find some other option for keeping it all together.

It's hard to understand at first, but you'll get the hang of this game. Each player must spin the wheel depending on if you get a spin card or not. After thr spin, you can do various things in the game.

This is the best UNO so far (better than UNO Attack).
