My first grader loves it. The big kids have a Rubik's Cube and she has one too. But she isn't frustrated with the toy because it's easier to do.

The only thing I don't really like about it is that there are 3 pink sides and only one green side.. it's kind of confusing. Also, I've noticed there are 2 solutions depending on where the "Rubik's" logo is. Otherwise, great for beginners, not as easy as I expected it to be though.

This is an excellent starter cube. The 2x2 is perfect for training aspiring cubers on cubing fundamentals without all the intimidation that comes with your first spin of a 3x3.

A 2x2 is challenging enough for the amateur cuber to keep him occupied, building up just enough confidence for the aspiring cuber to not be fully intimidated by the 3x3.

I recommend this cube to all the kids I meet at tournaments.

I'm a fan of Rubik's cubes of all shapes and sizes, and can complete the 3x3x3 cube in about 2 minutes. I wanted to complete my collection by buying the Pocket Cube, Rubik's Revenge, and the Professor Cube. Unfortunately, the Pocket Cube is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find in any stores, so I bought the Jr. Cube and ordered some new stickers to make it a pocket cube.

It is a great product for only $5. However, there was one side that was incredibly hard to turn, which makes my rating go from 5 to 3. I'd love to take it apart and lube it or something, but there are no websites or anything on how to take it apart safely.

The purpose of the Jr. Cube is not completely fulfilled. They say it is 'easier' than the Rubik's cube, but it is actually very hard, because I could never tell what was supposed to go where because there were only two colors. Also, that monkey is very ugly.

Overall, it's great for the cheap price it comes with, though the quality isn't the best and I hate how it doesn't just come with the classic 6-colored sides.
