The product was suitable for it's stated use but I frankly saw little improvement in the performance of the razor after the replacement.

With the new blades, the razor works FANTASTICALLY. Just like new. Why did I wait two years to replace--suffer face burn. GRRRRRRRR

The razor model for these heads is a step forward from previous models, and the replacement heads are easier to install and produce a noticeably improved shave compared to the used heads.

Just what my husband needed, couldn't find replacement in the store, he loves his shaver, so glad I could find replacement blades for him.

the razor blades i purchased were a better price than any where else i looked. they were a factory replacement part so they worked fine.

Replacing the heads definitely makes a difference. It's easy to ignore on an electric razor but it's important to do. Putting new blades in cut down on irritation since it takes less time to cut. Norelco recommends doing it yearly, which sounds about right but you can wait until you notice it starts taking you longer to shave. Then it's time for new blades.

I am a long-time Norelco user. This particular model shaves very well but pulls out a few whiskers below my nose; Ouch!

The head was fine but no instructions came with it. I had some trouble getting it to stay in the shaver until I figured out how to install it.

The product was everything I expected it to be. It arrived in a timely fashion, was a Norelco original product in its packaging and works well.

My Dad is eldery and unable to shave himself with a regular razor. I bought him an electric razor so he would still have some independence as well as get a good shave. After a while the blades wore out and wasn't shaving him real well. I ordered the replacement blades and the razor was like new again. They were soooo easy to replace I went back and ordered a few more to have on hand when we need them again. Would certainly recommend the razor and OF COURSE THE BLADES!!!!! They are awesome

I've used this product before to replace the old cutters from my electric shaver. They work perfectly, and it's always a relief to get rid of old dull cutters and then rediscover that new ones really do make a difference!

Where do they get a 5 minute shave or even a 3 minute shave. This is a good product but every man knows there is no such thing. This should be false advertising.

I found what I was looking for at very good prices. (new digital camera battery & charger & 2 tripods. I have shopped around on other sites but the prices could not be beat.

My old heads were 5 years old. Figured I needed news ones. But these seem to feel the same, maybe a little improvement.

My kids bought me this shaver for Christmas two years ago. I just had to buy new heads now. It has done a great job. Easy to use, gives a close shave, charge holds for a long time, easy to clean, light weight and good feel to the handle. The floating heads contour well to your face. I hate to see this shaver getting poor ratings, but I suppose if you are used to an older shaver any new shaver would be "Don't make them like they used to!".

This product is exactly as advertised and was less expensive than the equivalent product I was bidding on at ebay.

The improvement in my razor with the new heads was significant and I will never again use old heads for an extended period. I'm happy with what I received, and the price was OK - I could buy them at Wal-Mart for close to the same price, and would not have to pay for shipping and handling.

The Norelco razor is excellent and the replacement blades which I replace once a year are excellent.

I have been using this line of shavers for a lot of years. but recently bought a Panasonic brand for a change. Wow what a difference with the Panasonic I would have to scrape away for a long time and still end up with a stubble. So New heads where in order for my old Phillips. I have a happy face again and can once again snuggle my wife without getting the door slammed in my face.

It took me a very long time to figure out that these were the replacement heads I needed for my shaver (there are many choices, and none of them matched the model number of the shaver). Also, there are at least two different packages for the HQ9 heads, with different pictures that make it even more confusing. Having said that, and that the price is steep, I noticed a slight improvement in performance when I put in the new blades. Also, in my experience Philips products are always high quality.

I replace the heads of my Norelco Shaver yearly and it was nice to have a reminder from Norelco that I was due to change the cutters and then Amazon had a nice price plus Norelco had a $5.00 Coupon for my next purchase. Very satisfying experience Thanks john d

The Norelco HQ9 replacement heads were so easy to replace I had done the job, including cleaning my whiskers out of the razor in just under 10 minutes! I am not very good with my hands so it was a big surprise. And when I shaved, WOW....major improvement!

Anyone that buys a shaver and expects the blades to last past the 1 year mark, as directed in the manual is just fooling themselves!

If the blades are replaced every year, as directed, the shaver works like a charm!
