Michael Buble has a voice for the ages. Theres not much to say about this album except that its spectacular. His voice is incredible and his cover of old songs is stunning!

Michael Buble, singing in the classic style that hearkens back to Ole Blue Eyes and Dean Martin, is in fine form on It's Time. A great CD that gets even better with repeated listenings. The following are song by song reviews:

I purchased this cd for Home and Save The Last Dance. I also think Michael has a great voice and can sing a mean ballad. But I also thought the entire cd would be full of songs that were release as singles on the radio and theyre not. He has a Big Band sound and thats fine, but if you dont like a whole lot jazzy sounds, pass on this one. But worth the buy for the radio songs ~caw~

Nice mix of standards (a la Frank Sinatra) and more current ballads. Good recording quality. Recommended!

Wonderful singer! I love it that he mainly sticks to the old classics, Sinatra tunes in particular. Buble even sounds like Sinatra in some songs. Anyway, love his choice of music, plus he's always got a great orchestra behind him. Quality CD!

I love this cd, I love the mood that it creates, as you can just kick back, and take a breather, sitting around the fire, or cooking a meal, just soothing music... just wonderful.

Buble has the voice and the style of a classic crooner, with some "today" phrasings that really sell his songs. Very talented young man, very enoyable listening.

Won't do singer/product analysis. Just know, if you like the genre and the style that Buble presents, you'll thoroughly enjoy this album! You can sit back/sing along/dance in ...whatever. In every cut, he re-invents "mellow" and makes you wonder how he can so easily crossover (or is that crossback?) intergenerationally. But, good music is always good music; the difference here is solid and original interpretation in the hands of a great musical artist. Enjoy!!

Excellent! I saw Michael on Glenn Beck. Hadn't heard about him before so I ordered 2 CDs. Lovely voice, fun music, brings back memories of Bobby Darin and others. Even my teenage daughter loves the music...especially "Everything"

Michael Buble sings great songs with intonations and a voice that makes them even better. Great arrangements complement his singular voice. His duet with Nellie Furtado on 'Quando Quando Quando' is fantastic. 'You and I' is the best song on the album. The kind of music that makes you feel you are on vacation at a swanky bar and grill overlooking the water on a warm summer evening while you are enjoying a cocktail and the company of the most enchanting woman you've ever had the pleasure to meet - it really gets and keeps you 'in the mood'

This was a gift to a friend. She really likes this CD. I have not actually heard it, but do like his style.

I listen to him all the time, albeit in the car or on the computer with headphones. His band is wonderful. He is such a success and getting better with every CD. What a delight to have this kind of talent.

I bought this cd for my daughter. I am always listing to it as well. Its so nice to see music changing back to real singing again. He is a very good singer and I like his style as well. My daughters also like him as well as my mother.Its music we all agree on. We will buy more of his music.

Fantastic. I listen while commuting to work. Helps make the trip easier to deal with bad drivers. I like Michael better than Sinatra, his vocal styling evokes a quiet seduction of the senses.

This is by far Michael Buble's best effort. The songs are produced beautifully and the vocals are top-notch.

By doing so, he has brought Jazz music back to the forefront of modern music. No easy task, I know. I love the fact that Michael is not trying to be Frank or Bobby or Dean. Michael is Michael and that is plenty for me...

In an era of loosing the greatest generation at a rate of over 1000 per day. His music is simply energetic. The combination of big band sounds with the voices that we have loved to hear over the years brings the times when romance intermixed with the hardships of life made us look forward to Saturday nights with the crooners and divas of your. This modern day mix of music endears to me to the people that have made our lives what they are today-- Better.

I truly enjoyed this CD and am in the process of getting others made by Buble. I have managed to sway a lot of opinions about him thru just letting people hear him in the office. I have persuaded a few co-workers to go buy his CD, and of course thru [...]. Michael Buble just has a smooth and soulful voice reminiscent of Sinatra. I throughly enjoyed this CD and look forward to a few more. :o)

Okay, so I love crooners, jazz, blues, male or female. I have Diana Krall, Madeleine Peyroux, Harry Connick Jr. Jamie Cullum, etc. I thought "Can this Michael Buble guy be any different?" Yeah, he is. Don't compare him to Sinatra. That he is not, but he is something totally new. I think of him more of a lounge singer. Very velvety voice and great song choices on this cd. I especially love the first song "Feeling Good" it reels you in nicely.

actually I bought the CD for the song "home" which I am sure you have heard since it was a good hit. Well that is the only song in the CD that is very slow and romantic all the other songs are from a totally diferent style that is just not what I listen to.

What a voice. I love to sing along with it and I will by many more of his.

This contains a mixture of traditional vocals and lively jazz interpretations of songs previously made popular by the likes of Frank Sinatra and Karen Carpenter. I was pleased when my 19 year old girl, formerly into rap, fell in love with this album.

This is a great CD - if you like Michael Buble's current CD (Call Me Irresponsible) you will like this one as well. This album has more slow songs on it than the current album, but still sexy and fun.

I like Mike. He's a talented guy, but this, and the Call Me Irresponsible CD are just ok. He makes a few attempts in areas where he is not proficient, doesn't have the training, or the voice, but makes a decent go of it. However, the end result simply isn't convincing. He should stick with covers as he did in his opener, and even then, try not to make them his own by changing the musical accompaniment vastly. Good Jazz/Crooner, stick with it! Don't let the producers get in your way.

Buble has brought back the melodies of yesterday with new tunes of his own today. His smooth sounding voice, his passion are just excellent. Some say his Genre is Bobby Darin, but Buble has a style all his own. On this DVD you will hear the sound of the boogy beat and big band. You want to dance, you want to sing and swoon. Many of the tunes you will hear, you will hear for the first time, because it is sung in a different way. Quando, Quando, Quando is just beautiful with the lilting voice of Nelly Furtado. Home, a new song when this was released, has passion. Save the last dance has a nice twist to it. This is definate worth the price and worth having in your collection of great music.
