Had trouble with the calendar on the first watch. Amazon was quick to replace it.

I was looking for a good everyday watch - with these features: the date (this has both day and date in either English or Spanish), two-tone (gold and silver) to go with either my gold or silver jewelry, a classy but classic look, not too expensive since I already own an Omega and a Luxor, and most important a company that is known for making excellent and reliable timepieces. This Seiko certainly met all my criteria, and as a woman who loves beautiful things, I love my new watch's golden face.

I've been wearing this watch almost every day for the last 8 years. It's great, I love it. But I'm looking for a new one now because the calendar stopped working. The day of the week sticks now, so it's usually a day behind and I have to reset it every day, or it doesn't let me turn it at all. Or it tells me the day in the wrong language. But I got a lot of good years out of it.

A great everyday day/date watch. Light weight and attractive. Luminescent markings for easy reading in the dark.

When I was looking for watches, I found one on another site, but then I looked on Amazon and found it for $40 cheaper. Same watch!!! I was thrilled. I ordered it with no problems and received it quickly!! Thank you Amazon!!!

What can I say it's good for reflecting light and blinding people.

I got this watch for my wife about 4 years ago for her birthday. The gold face, gold hands and gold second hand make it hard to tell the time if the light isn't just right. She has said a number of times she wished she it had black face. As far as durability it has been excellent. She has worn it in the hot tub, dropped it, etc and it keeps on running. Also looks good with silver and gold band.
