I don't think I'd want to see a video review of this product, but it does keep the nostrils and ears nice and tidy.

I had a very bad experience with this nose/ear trimmer and strongly recommend buying another brand/model.

Here's why...
1. The spinning razor kept jamming and, at times, stopping...the only way I could get it to work when this happened was to loosen the cover/tip of the trimmer and hold it in place with my fingers while it was operating.

2. The light was worthless, as it wasn't positioned appropriately on the trimmer to be of any use

3. It didn't cut hairs all that well and often pulled hairs instead

4. At times, it was hard to take off the cover/tip of the razor to clean it out or adjust the flimsy parts inside to get it to work again.

5. Ultimately, the trimmer fell apart and the razor broke off.

I threw it away and will not be buying a Panasonic grooming product in the future again.

Better buy other .. don't belive in users rating.
This only good for nore hair. not for the hair on ear.
Reason is simple. Its easy cut hair in nose just holding inside the nose, but for ear.. you need to chase the each hair strands with this tiny head.

This trimmer died after one year of light use. And it didn't do that great of a job in the first place. Don't let the "best selling" reputation of this item fool you.

This trimmer worked fine for about 10 months and then one of the tabs that keeps the top on broke and now it is worthless. I did not use this trimmer any differently than other trimmers I have had for years in the past.

- It has decent strength and I never had a problem with pulled hairs.
- The light was completely worthless to me.

I will not purchase this item again due to the inability to last a year.

This device tickles in the nose and can bring tears to eye if you're not used to that feeling. But otherwise it does its job well. It can trim well if you can get the hair caught in the rotator and that is a bit of challenge.

This is the only electronic product I have used for hair trimming for nose. Earlier I used to use scissors. As it used to take a lot of time to trim inside nose, I moved on with this product. All you got to do is just swirl around and in matter of seconds you are done.

Since the interface of this device is round, its of good use to swirl around inside nose. But i got some hair on ear, where neither I could remove with Razor (got some skin chipped couple of times) nor with this device (doesn't reach the hair on edges). This product cannot help remove hair {on} (edges of) ear, may be it could clear hair {in} the ear. But in contrast to nose, many may have more hair on the ear rather than in the ear.

My usage is limited to once / twice in a month. I felt lot of 'ouch' after 15-20 uses. Having battery fully charged might help to some extent, but seriously you would roll into tears after a while (# of uses).

With this product causing more pain, I am back to scissors (bought about 3 years ago and still works like charm). But the sad thing is Panasonic ER421kc didn't last strong for more than 20 uses.

The product is very easy to use. The built in light can be bothersome at times. However, the device trims without ripping or pulling the hairs out. I found the trimmer to be virtually pain free.

My Husband says the Nose and Ear Hair Trimmer works quite well....with no possibility of cutting your nose or ear.

I had owned a previous Panasonic trimmer that lasted for years until the (non- ) blade got dull and it became disposable. This one cuts almost as well, although it does try to yank a hair out by its root every now and then. As others have commented, the light isn't pointed anyplace useful to dispel the darkness in the nose. As for the ear, have you ever tried to look into your own ear canal? Overall, it appears solid, and we have used the device for a few weeks now. The little tiny clear plastic cap that covers the business end of the trimmer is ridiculously easy to lose, compared with the large cap on previous models. Still, it's way better than other brands we tried and had to return such as the "nose plucker" from Sharper Image.

This trimmer is functional. But, not enough power to be effective. It's painful to use. Don't purchase this trimmer if you don't like being in pain. I actually dread using this trimmer, I really need to purchase a better one.

This is the third (different) trimmer I have owned, and I like this one far better than the others. It is comfortable and convenient to use. The motor seems substantial and it operates with standard batteries. I like the fact that you don't need to be staring yourself in the mirror to use it. Just use it wherever/whenever is convenient. Definitely recommended.

I ordered the nose groomer because we had a previous one that worked great, also from Panasonic. Unfortunately, this product didn't work at all!!! I ran out of time to send it back and now am stuck with it and out of $20.00. This is the first bad item I have ever received from Amazon. This product doesn't cut anything and seems to be broken. Will go to a store next time to buy an item like this.

This product lives up to it's target objective.
There has not been a negatives in it's use.

A friend recommended that a Sharper Image product was the best to buy. Unable to find one, I chose this and am quite pleased with the performance and price. Does the job, comfortable, easy to use.

I previously had a straight trimmer, this rotary works so much better. you can hear when you are cutting and it does a great job.

I bought a Panasonic trimmer from Brookstones 3 years ago for $50.00, this trimmer works much better and it's less then half the price with shipping.

It worked well for about 15 months then died. New batteries didn't help. It just decided to quit working one day. I bought it because I bought it because I hoped the quality would be better then the cheap ones. But the cheap one I bought for 10 bucks 4 years ago still works.

I use on a regular basis. It does what it says, I didn't give 5 stars because of the following opportunities:

1) I don't expect it to last very long. The plastic feels flimsy and I think it will break if I drop it on my tile bathroom floor

2) it has a light on it that does not shine anywhere close to where it trims. I can't imagine what the designers were thinking

It was a much better value than my old sharper image one, I just hope it lasts.

This thing works great. Does not pull any hairs at all. Could have done without the light, but I didnt buy it for the light. I bought it to trim my nose hair and it does a great job. Nice and easy to clean as well. Just take a couple pieces apart, wipe them down, run them under some water, dry them and you are done. I highly recommend. Fast, painless and easy to clean. Exactly what I was looking for.

I tried two no name brand nose hair trimmers which lasted for a total of around a year. Did the job, barely. I wasn't very dissapointed when the second one broke, I decided to spend some money and buy the Turbo-Groomer. It lasted a year and a half and would sometimes not run, you would have to open it up to get it to move. It broke so I bought this. Not expensive, quiet, works very well, I've had it about a week so far, not sure about longevity but I would recommend it.

I quikly tried to cancel it... but I could not because it was already processed. It took less than 30 seconds.

If you're looking for a trimmer that does the job this is it.
Close trimming, no stragglers. Light is pretty handy but takes some getting used to. Compact enough to travel which is a real plus.

Having had a panasonic trimmer in the past, I expected this to be equally as effective.....not so. I would not recommend it.

It is great. I love it for my boyfriend! he now has no yucky nose hair

I've owned two of these trimmers in the past year. Both have lacked durability. Don't dare drop it or the housing of the blades with easily break. This is a waste of money!

This item is for my husband. His comment was that he likes it very much and it is handy and easy to use.

this is a very high class item for a low cost, im impressed. the light on it really helps pick out the small ferns when youve already picked off the trees.

I have had an older version of the Panasonic trimmer and it did not give a very close trim and it was uncomfortable to use. The new wet dry version trims close to the skin with no irritation. the light was a great addition to help locate hairs that would otherwise have been missed. I love this trimmer.

I've been using this for about a month now and it works just great. The blades are sharp enough to handle thickest of em.
The blade compartment is cheap Chinese make i think, but hey, it aint gonan cost you a fortune.
Good buy, worth the price. Something may break after an year or so, but I think I'd take that!

I used this item a few times before it was stolen from my house during a burglary. I hope the thieves use it and get the horrible disease that is in my nose, those pieces of crapp

Upon receipt of this product, I was overwhelmed by how well it worked. The only thing that I think was wasted on it was the light. It may have been used as a selling point but it doesn't help the product any. This product worked much better than I had expected!

It was not my favorite gift to give. It seemed to be cheaply made and pulls hair instead of cutting.

Upon turning on the nose and ear trimmer one is transported to a heavenly plane. A plane void of unwanted nose and ear growth that is effortlessly removed with this trimmer. I'm no longer pointed at by young children or teased by woman. My proboscis remains as well groomed as any 18th green.

Works great. Cheap. Does The Nasty Job...

I needed to replace the one that I had which was not as good but also did the job. I dropped the top piece in my bathroom sink drain and couldn't get it out. Excuse to buy a new one...

Bought one for a friend when I got mine who I've been sympathetically been after for years to get something to deal with his hairy ears and divining rod nasal hairs.
