This is a very heavy backing sheet. I was impressed with the heft, and overall quality of the finish. I've only used it a couple times to date, (I just purchased 3 weeks ago), but it did exceptionally well and performed beyond my expectations. While it is a bit expensive I recommend it to any one who values their tools in the kitchen.

Nice, heavy pan that is nonstick, but forget and use a metal spoon one time and it will scratch the finish right off; the finish is coming right off the outside of it as well, and we do hand wash it. The instructions say to follow the recipe as far as greasing the pan, so using non-stick spray is leaving stains already (we've been using it 3 weeks). The pans sure didn't keep some rolls from buring black on the bottom. I am glad that I got them on sale, but might have prefered a more-durable stainless steel finish.

This is a nice quality pan. It has a sturdy "heavy" feel to it. I have used it quite often and have not experienced any warping. Clean-up is a breeze!

Wow, I am going to get another one. This pan is excellent quality and large and going to be so useful in my semi pro kitchen. I am going get the rest of the Cuisinart cookware ASAP. I own the red Cuisniart grind and brew coffee maker as well as the red toaster they are both wonderful as well.

I love these baking sheets. They are heavy duty and bake evenly, and I use them almost daily. You can't go wrong with a Cuisinart product. :-)

We've had 2 pans like this for over a year. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. REally wear well. Tough and heavey. Cook evenly, don't burn things!
