I got this watch for some young friends who are learning to read an analog watch. This watch is great -- the children love it and learn to read a watch while they get to wear something pretty/fun. The one-year guarantee against loss is great (if they actually honor it). I got two of the blue with pink flowers and the camouflage -- the kids wear them all the time.

My granddaughter loved this watch! The hands are cute, the band fits nicely and it lights up! She loves that it lights up and she can check her time at night. The band is adjustable so it fits her small wrist.

I bought this watch for my niece and she loves it. The design is very attractive and the elastic band is very convenient. She received another watch for her birthday, but this is the one she wears everyday.

My daughter loves this watch. She just learned how to tell time, and with the large numbers, backlit display, and comfortable wrist strap this suits her needs quite well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality and attractive kids watch.
Not so great - Review written on January 10, 2007

I thought the dial/face was hard to read. The rotating disc didn't clarifyor add anything to help a child learn to tell time. I'm sure that the watchworks themselves are sturdy and hold to thequality of Timex products. I just didn't feel this was any better than a regular watch to help a child learn to tell time.

I gave this watch to my 9 year old grandaughter so she would learn to read an analog clock. The numbers are big enough for her to see clearly and she really is proud of her new skill

I actually still have one of these watches from almost 15 years ago when I bought it for my daughter. I have since bought others for realitives and friends kids. It is a great first watch. My daughter was comfortably telling time after a week with this watch and the loss guarantee is too good to pass.

This watch is really gorgeous. Its very pretty. The lines are distinct and the flower second hand gives it such cuteness. I have ordered this watch so many times for many of my nieces.

This watch is great. It indicates the 5 minute increments with with a small "5", "10", "15" next to the larger "1", "2", "3", etc. to make it easier for the child to learn that the big hand on the 3 means 15 minutes past the hour. It also glows in the dark and has a stretchy wrist band that fits my daughter's small wrist. I like it so much, I have bought it as a gift for lots of friends' children. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my Granddaughter, age 5, and she only made two mistakes in the telling of time (on Day 1) since. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase and Casey loves it.
