For those of you seasoned fans of Michel Camillo (One more Once, Triangulo, et all) you will be blown away be this album. For those of you new to this amazing pianist, it will draw you in to explore more of his music. He and his trio takes you on an oddyssey for roughly two hours through these two cd's. It's amazing that someone w/ such an amazing technique, who can play amazing riffs and complex patterns can still arrange beautiful and toughing music. I would reccomend this cd to anyone!

For us dominicans , Camilo is a matter of pride..We ARE proud of Michel Camilo in the same way we are of proud Sammy Sosa and Pedro Martinez in sports..He is a real musical hero for us. This CD is fantastic. The passion and virtuosity you find in his playing are special....But that is not new...Passion and virtuosity are his trademarks...

I was at one of the recording sessions at the Blue Note, and if what I heard is on the CD, then I strongly recommend it. Actually, I can't wait to get it !

I have discovered Michel Camilo with this Sacd . Recording is clear . As usual with sacd , percussions sound much more dynamic and "real" ( than with cd ) . It is a multi-channel sacd . Duration is 2h 17 min !!! Audiophile informations inside booklet ( recording equipment used )
