This cover was well worth the money. I have a blue stand mixer which doesn't match anything in my kitchen. Instead of purchasing a new mixer I went for the cover instead. It was a good choice. The color matches my cabinets and it looks very nice on the counter.

This cover is awesome! It fits well over my kitchenaid artisan mixer and has a side pocket to store extra parts or the mixer's manual. Not currently on my counter (too small), but it's nice looking enough to!

I recently purchased a Kitchen Aid Mixer and wanted to protect my investment, so I decided to purchase their mixer cover. I am so happy I did because I not only protect my mixer, but I can keep the instruction booklet and different beater heads right in the cover for handy use. Great Idea!

Mixer Cover helps clean up counter clutter - Review written on May 29, 2008

Rating: 4 out of 5

I still think this cover costs too much for a piece of cloth.
But it was slightly on sale when I bought it, which eased the pain a bit.

Now that I have it, I do like it a lot.
Due to the size and weight of the mixer, it sits on the counter instead of being put away into a cabinet.
I keep my beaters and some accessories in the mixer bowl that stays with the mixer.
The cover hides all that pile of 'stuff' and makes my counter look a little neater.
I was concerned about the Khaki/Black not fitting in with the kitchen colors, but it looks fine. I WOULD have preferred a different trim color than black, but that was the only one on sale.

Since I intend on using my brand-new KitchenAid for many years to come (and I'm no seamstress), this sturdy, well-made cover is a perfect accessory. Bonus -- the plastic package that the cover comes in makes a perfect storage sleeve for the flat beater/dough hook/wire whip in my kitchen drawer!

It kind of surprised me, as the mixer now looks a lot bigger on my counter with the cover on it. I've gotten used to it, but it was a little strange at first.

Really great cover. The Empire Red cover matches wonderfully. It's a perfect fit for my 5 quart machine. The material is strong and easy to clean, even works in the washing machine. Very pleased.

I gave this cover a 4 star due to it's not as big as I had hoped it would have been. You can still see the bottom of the mixer.
A Cover That Covers - Review written on April 19, 2008

This cover does what it is supposed to do. The seams are strong and I think it is going to last a very long time. If your mixer is always getting dusty, buy one of these. I would like to see them in more colors, but white goes with about anything.

Thankfully I paid a discount price for this because it's not the right height and the stitching is uneven; overall it was obviously sewn by a non-professional.
I gave it two stars because it does 'cover' my stand mixer - but I'd say it's U G L Y !!!!!!
To others.....I'd recommend being wary of ordering this item.
Must have for Kitchen Aid Mixer - Review written on March 25, 2008

This cover is a must have for your Kitchen Aid Mixer. Yes, you can buy cute little covers on Ebay to match your kitchen decor, but chances are the covers on Ebay (mostly handmade) are not thick like this cover. I bought the tan/beige and it is a nice, neutral color. It is a nice thick cover, so even if you accidentally hit your mixer, it will not chip the paint. Also, there is a convienent pocket in the front to hold recipes, etc. I've seen the cover in Kohl's for $36.99. Amazon has it for $24.99.

I like the cover a lot. It's very well sewn and the material is thick and sturdy. I could have lived without it I guess, but it is nice to go get the mixer and not have to clean it before every use. If I had to have a cover, I would probably buy this one again over a generic one.

I considered this a must-have after purchasing my Kitchen Aid Pro 600. It serves its purpose - it keeps the unit clean and it looks nice on my counter (although the KA looks quite good by itself - but I don't want it to get dusty!)

The only complaint I have is that it does not fit well with the bowl attached. I realize it probably isn't intended to be used over the bowl but I don't have a lot of storage in my kitchen and I don't want to have to dig the bowl & attachments out every time I use the mixer, so I just keep everything together. Other than that, it is a nice addition to the mixer.

This product covered my Kitchen Aid Artisian mixer well (an excellent fit). However, I am disappointed with this product because the color of it (although it is a neutral color) clashes with my kitchen colors. The Khaki does not match my near beige/brown granite counter top and tile backspash. My mixer looks better in the kitchen without the cover. It is not worth the time and cost of returning.
Keep your mixer dust-free - Review written on February 21, 2008

This fits my 5-Qt Artisan mixer very nicely, even with the bowl in place. The pocket on the side is great for keeping the flat beater handy, as well as the user guide for those of us who can never remember which speed is recommended for which task. You could actually fit a full-sized cookbook in the pocket if you wanted to, it's quite roomy.

When it first arrived, the cover was very wrinkled from being boxed, so I tossed it in the wash and dried it on regular heat- it seemd to shrink just a little, but that was okay because it is still plenty roomy for my mixer.

You don't realize how much dust is in the air until you buy a shiny mixer and wind up obsessively wiping it down every day. heh. The cover keeps it shiny and dust-free, with the added bonus of keeping kids from leaving fingerprints all over it when they touch it for whatever reason it is that kids feel they have to touch anything they can reach. ;)

I'm very glad I got this, and recommend it to anyone who wants to protect their precious mixer from every day dust and smudges.

I purchased two of these - one for my Kitchen Aid mixer and another for a different brand food processor. They fit both wonderfully. They look nice and I imagine they'll be durable. Love the pocket for attachments!
I purchased them for about $12 less each than on other sites.

I just bought my first Kitchenaid stand mixer (Artisan) and since it's heavy I need to leave it out on the counter rather than storing it in a cupboard. This fits perfectly and keeps it clean. All the accessories that come with the mixer fit under the cover too.

even though it says it's designed to protect bowl lift mixers, this does not fully cover the pro 600 model. it has a good design, and it's a shame they don't just TELL you in the description.

The product is well made and obviously nice if you want a red touch, but I was not quite impressed with the fit around my mixer. In my opinion it is a tad too big, sadly making the whole thing look like a baggy tent instead of a tight-fitting works cover.

If you have one of the bigger sized KitchenAid bowl-lift mixers (instead of the tilt-head like my Artisan model), it will probably fit like a charm though - the same cover was indeed designed for both machines.

It obviously works for keeping the dust out though - I just wished it looked as good around the popular Artisan series as it does on the pictures.

....at first when i bought this..i thought it was way to big. BUT...i then realized i am glad it is not a perfect fit..and has some room because you really need it! I love how the other parts to the mixer can fit right into the side. I have the 5-quart mixer..

I purchased the "black" one because i did not want my cover to get dirty. But these mixers are to expensive..and you need something to cover them. I feel secure that my mixer is now covered.
