Edited review: Sorry, I had left a good review for a larger griddle in the same line. I'm sure this one is good as well.
Love this Griddle - Review written on February 08, 2008
Rating: 5 out of 5
Heavy and does the job expertly. Covers both burners so you can do a family's worth of French Toast or Pancakes or bacon or whatever you might need to grill. I put a cup of water on it after removing the last food and after breakfast, use a brush to clean it as the little swirls are no match for my sponge. But it really does the job and is worth the price. Gave one to my sister for Christmas and she loves it too.

She seems to like it. She'll probably never use it even if she did ask for one. But it seems to be one of the better ones I have seen.
Not that great but does the job... - Review written on December 30, 2007

I bought this product b/c of the great reviews. Maybe it's just my stovetop but I wasn't all that impressed with this griddle. If it was over the eye of the stove then it worked great, if not, it was slow going. It works...it helps feed everyone quicker but overall, I wasnt impressed.

I spent over six years beating the cr@p out of its predecessor. Used it for everything imaginable. Time to get a new one.
Double-burner Griddle - Review written on November 19, 2007

Heavy-duty and large enough to make all 2-3 Panini sandwiches at once! When I saw this Circulon on sale, I snagged it up and have been glad that I did. This fits perfectly over my two burners and is heavy duty enough to withstand the high temperatures without warping (as a previous one I owned decided to do). Great product at a reasonable price, and just as good as the Cephalon griddles being offered at twice the price.
Not sure how well it works on a flat ceramic cooktop - Review written on November 07, 2007

I have a GE ceramic cooktop range with a bridge burner. I bought the Circulon Total griddle (which seems the same as Circulon 2)at Linen n Things but returned it because it was not perfectly flat. I set it on my cooktop and rocked it by putting my fingers on opposite corners and pressing down. There was a slight wobble. Although I didn't actually cook with it, I'm giving it 4-stars because I really liked its apparent quality. It met all of my other criteria except flatness and it would be fine on a gas range or regular electric burners. The size is perfect (many griddles are more than an inch larger than the burner). I love the "hi-low" nonstick surface. I have a small Circulon Pro saucepan that I tried cooking pancakes in before buying this. I was doubtful that the ridges would work for pancakes. They not only released easily, I loved the delicate crisp quality it gave to the outside of the pancake. I almost kept this griddle and suspect that it may cook okay on a ceramic top, because the wobble was not severe. I ended up keeping the Kitchenaid 18 by 10 inch porcelain coated double griddle because it was perfectly flat even though I would have preferred anodized aluminum to the porcelain coating. I am happy with the Kitchenaid griddle.

I basically only use this once a week when I do big breakfasts. It's nice for pancakes, french toast, etc. there is enough surface room to get them done faster. I'm trying to think of more uses for it! If you have price compared elsewhere then you know this is a great buy. Highly reccomended.

This griddle heats evenly. Can cook several burgers, or two pounds of bacon with no problem. One corner is also a spout, so pouring off the fat is easy to do.
This is a great griddle at an even better price~!

Circulon is the best in cookware. I am adding to my collection piece by piece. Very pleased with this purchase. Cleans easily and nothing sticks to it. Worth every penny.
