Amazon seems to be one of the only places to buy this. I've searched all the chains in the Los Angeles area, and not one sells it. The drug stores all have big Blistex displays, but no one has LIptone or has even heard of it. Of course, they all send me to the Blistex display - but it's never there. I have found it only at Eckards in CT.

It's nice to have a lip protector that has a touch of natural looking color, but it isn't as effective as Chapstick when your lips feel chapped.

I have used this product for a few years. I'm outdoors alot, it gives me the protection I need from outdoor elements, along with color for your lips. This is a great product!

This Blistex Lip Balm Lip Tone Rocks! Unfortunately it is so hard to find, so when you do, stock up on it. I did.

It keeps your lips moisturized so it's better than any chapstick I've ever used. Best thing about it is that you can use it instead of lipstick. If need be, use a lip liner first then fill in with the Lip Tone.

Chapsticks make your lips feel stiff and lipstick feels like it weighs a ton on your lips. This is the best of both worlds.

Love this product. I don't wear lipstick because of the way it makes my lips feel and always seems to dry them out, instead, I wear this for that hint of color. I have received several compliments on my lipstick color and how natural it looks. I have tubes in my purse, on my dresser, and in my desk. I don't use it at night, but I use the regular Blistex Lip Balm when I go to bed.

Living in dry climates like South Texas and Australia, I tried every kind of lip balm I could find. This one is very soothing, coats the lips without feeling waxy and really seems to have a healing effect for dry lips. I still use it a lot, even though living in Florida the climate is not so dry, it still is helpful.
Mine has SPF 15 which is essential if you are outdoors much. The combination of aloe, chamomile, avocado, jojoba, shea butter and sunscreens really seems a winner.
We keep tubes of this in every bathroom, the golf cart, my purse, the car, etc.
(one reviewer mentioned color, but the ones I've bought did not have any color to them)

Blistex Lip Tone is a nice alternative to your usual lip balm--you get all the advantages of the Blistex line with a hint of a dark flesh, pinky brown color. The balm goes on smooth, helps keeps lips moisturized, and contains SPF as well. I like to keep in my handbag; it's especially helpful to use for touch-ups when I don't have lipstick with me. The only drawback is that I can't use it at bedtime because I don't want to get the color on my sheets, but I simply use another Blistex product at that time. Highly recommended for women who prefer a lip balm with a bit of color.

I didn't like this lip balm. It left my lips with a waxy feeling. Also, it seemed to only make my lips more chapped, instead of soothing and healing them. I doubt I'd ever buy this product.

This is the best lip balm I've ever had -- all the others left more of a waxy feel on my lips. Blistex actually feels more like a moisturizer. It gives a cool feeling to my lips, like mint. My eight-year-old daughter wanted to try it, and she liked the feel of it also. I would definitely buy this product.

I enjoyed my Test Drive tube of Blistex. I think what I appreciated most about it was that it didn't sting my lips too badly, as most lip treatments containing sunscreen do. Of course, my ideal product wouldn't sting my lips at all, but I suppose that's a future breakthrough! The tube can fit in my small pocketbook or pocket, making it very convenient to bring along with me anywhere I go. And, the tube will last me a long time, making it a better bargain.

Blistex is the ONLY product I use for my dry and cracked lips. It's significantly better than ChapStick and I can feel it starting to work immediately. I'd also highly recommend Blistex Medex for severely cracked lips.

Having been a ChapStick user in the past, I can honestly say that I prefer the Blistex Lip Balm. This product went on much smoother, was much less waxy, and felt good going on my lips. I also like the fact that it offers SPF 10. And it had longer staying power -- I find that ChapStick gets clumpy after it's on a while. I definitely would recommend this product over ChapStick.
