Exactly what I wanted - now I can walk and talk while out with the dog and while driving. Allows me to concentrate on traffic and not holding the darn phone. Everyone should have a wireless headset or corded headset like this!

I chose this product over others that were recommended because of some of the glowing reviews I'd read. I'm afraid after about a month of constant usage, I find this product to be way overrated than what some of the reviews here said it would be. The sound and microphone quality was inferior compared to a similar Panasonic headset I'd tried out after getting frustrated with the poor quality I was getting. I initially thought it was because of my DECT handset, but after testing different headset models on the same DECT handset, the difference in sound quality was too obvious for me to not notice.

I'd suggest this product only if you have a very quiet environment to use this in , otherwise chances are you will not be able to hear or speak to the person on the other end very well.

The Plantronics M110 is the best of several headsets that I've tried. It's FAR superior to the little dinky "ear-hanger" types...you know, the ones with the boom that doesn't come anywhere near your mouth?

The oversized ear pad is very comfy, and the light overall weight makes this thing a breeze to use for long periods. I've had it on for hours at a stretch, and it's pretty much totally non-intrusive.

The volume control takes a fingernail to adjust (you'll see what I mean), but so far I've just left it in the maximum position.

Two caveats:

(1) the microphone boom isn't flexible, but is instead rigid. If you need a boom that adjusts, keep looking. You can adjust the *position* of the entire boom, but not the shape of the boom itself.

(2) the volume in the earphone is a tad low. Believe me, you'll never get a headache wearing this headset due to loud volume!

Bottom line: well worth the meager price, especially when compared to "ear-hangers."
Head to head comparison... and lost. - Review written on July 30, 2008

I bought this along with the panasonic kx-tca60 to compare them head to head. The sound quality was decent and it was not uncomfortable. But I called several people who said that the treble or sharpness bothered their ear and it sounded like a bad intercom at a fast food joint. I kept the panasonic and gave this one away.

I love the headset. I use it everyday at my job. I t enables me to work hands free, without the bothersome earplug type of headset.

I bought this as a second headset for when I'm driving in the car (now that we have a hands-free cell phone law while driving). I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't have a mute button, but didn't pay attention to that when I was buying it. It has good clarity and I haven't had any complaints when I'm using it.

Works with Motorola C261 and C139. The padding on the earpiece is more comfortable than the run of the mill stuff I've seen in other products. The cord is thin(like most products these days), but has held up so far.

I own 3 of these headsets. With the new cellphone laws in california i have tried every bluetooth set you can imagine. they all SUCK. I have also tried several wired sets. this is hands down the best of over a dozen sets i have tried. I demand clarity and reception.. This delivers. I have one in my car for my cellphone and 2 in my house for my house phones. It uses a standard 2.5mm jack but if you check ebay you will find adapters for most any cell phone.

Have tried many headsets over the years. This one has it all at an affordable price. Works great with my cell, cordless, and regular phone. The mich boost is the best. No one complains anymore that they can't here me. Actually had to turn it down to lowest level when using the cell.

I don't think this will last very long. I was thinking of deploying this in a call center environment, but I don't think it would last very long. Plus, the cord is too short for desktop use.

This works fine. No problems. I have a Plantronics phone and vowed I'd never buy another Plantronics product since both times I have tried their small phones I have had problems, but this product is fine.

I have used this headset for a long time. Plantronics is the only brand I buy for my cordless phone and my cell phone (bluetooth enabled). This one, I liked so well, I bought one for my mom. It's very comfortable to wear, and I have had the microphone flipped up to where it was over my head, and the person on the other end of the phone line could still hear me. I have never gotten a complaint about the person not being able to hear me while I was using this properly, but I have always tweaked the switches before making a call. The only reason I'm buying a replacement is because the other was broken because my husband forgot he had it plugged into his cell phone and the cord got caught while he was getting out of the car. Maybe I should get him one too while I'm at it. Excellent product! Very eager to get this new one.

I had these headphones before but they got broken due to them being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I find them to be very comfortable and it is great to be hands free on a long conversation. The clarity is great and the person on the other end never complains about being able to hear.

Great for home phone and cellphone!

This is a nice headset that will work with your cordless phone or cell phone with a jack. The only downside is there is no volume control for the earpiece as in some of their other models.

I have used many Plantronics headsets, and they are usually great. This one quit working after one week, and the seller would not respond to my emails. Amazon made good on it for me, but I ended up replacing it at Radio Shack.

I've been buying these headsets for several years, recommending them to friends and associates and now I'm buying them as gifts for the headset challenged. You know, people who literally have pains in their neck from clamping a phone between their head and shoulders.

These are wonderful headsets. I've used them with a variety of cordless and cell phones. As long as you have a 2.5mm socket, you're in business. Audio reception is excellent even for those like me with moderate hearing loss. And the microphones are simply top-notch.

I've had only one break and that was because I crammed it into a travel case - and I mean crammed. With regard to ordinary daily abuse, these hold up well.

All in all, an excellent value.

My favorite inexpensive headset. This headset lives on the construction site and has proved to be very durable. In my experience it works as well as any of the higher prced models.

This is my husband's earphone set. We ordered it to use with our Uniden DCT646-3 cordless phone system (also purchased here at Amazon). It works quite well with our particular phones.

I have asked him how well it works, and he says "great"! Since it is not mine, and I have never personally used it, that's about all I can tell you.

I'm buying my third set of these (my wife took my first one and my friend borrowed but has not returned the second one). I've owned many different headsets over the past 10 years, and this is by far the best! It sits stably on my head, is clear and picks up my voice clearly. Some complain that the volume is low, but I find it to be more of a function of the phone you use. I once broke the plug to the phone when I dropped the phone with headset plugged in, but a little glue did the trick. Hence, I'm happily coming back to buy another!

After several months, the headset started to fall apart. The microphone stick broke and the headset plastic horizontal part kept coming loose. Plantronics is an excellent headset brandname, but somehow this product is not a heavy-duty headset. You have to be very gentle when storing it away.

I absolutely love this headset! I use it for my 2 different cordless phones as well as my Motorola cellphone! The transmission of my voice is perfect and the sound quality is excellent. The earpiece is a nice soft cushion! The boom is adjustable for length and voice. This has been one of my best all time purchases for the last 6 months. I highly recommend it!

I had a Plantronics headset for a year, it worked great. I ordered another one when the first one got broken. The second one had problems, I don't know why but it seemed like the quality wasn't as good as the first one I got, I couldn't hear very well and it didn't work as well in my phone, which it was advertised to be compatible with. Very strange. It's like the quality controls on these aren't very stringent. I have a trucker friend who swears by this brand and won't have anything else but I think I'm going to look at something different for my next headset.

Quality of sound ona wired headset has nothing to do with the price. This headset proves it. I have used many a headset not matter the brand or the price and this one is the best. It takes about 6 months before the wire break from use and abuse, But for 12 dollars I just throw it away and hook up another.

I purchased this item for much less than retail. I've been very pleased with the quality of the sound. The set is very comfortable on my head and fits just right on the ear. The only thing I would change is adding a mute and volume function on the headset line, but this is available on a more expensive version of the headset anyway. Overall, I was surprised by the quality of this item for what I paid for it.

I had it for a week before a part broke off and it would not stay on my head anymore. I returned it & got another one. The new one, less than a year old by now, just broke too. The headphone pad snapped off. I don't use it roughly either. I had another model from Plantronics before, and that one broke too. Maybe I just have bad luck - but I am not buying another Plantronics headset. Why did I keep buying them? They look nicer than the other brands and the sound quality was pretty good. So I liked it but the quality is not so good.

Audio quality is good - the earpiece could be a bit larger to be more comfortable. I use it with the Uniden DCT648-3 2.4 GHz Digital Expandable Cordless Phone with 3 Handsets and Digital Answering System (Silver/Black) and it works perfectly with it.

I've tried and returned at least 5 headsets ranging from $15 to $150. This one was typical of the others that I returned, low volume on the earpiece and low quality microphone. I finally ended up with a Panasonic TCA60 for about $19 which is very loud and sounds great on both ends. It's nothing fancy, no volume control and no mute, but who needs that when you can accomplish the same thing with your phone. Price does not determine sound quality. I recommend this product.

While this headset beats the kind that sticks in your ear, the listening volume is still to low. They only have a volume adjustment for the microphone not the earphone volume. What a shame!

The instructions say that if you hear an echo, you should change the setting of the three-way switch until the echo goes away. But with the one they sent me, it echoes on all settings.

I had this Plantronics headset before but paid $30.00 for it. Like all products eventually it died so the search was on for another pair. Not wanting to pay the same price again I searched here on Amazon and to my surprise they sold them for $9.99! I brought 3 pair. I simply love these headsets. The sound is great and the fit is comfortable. The only thing missing is a volume control/mute button. However, I can live without it. Truly a great buy saving me more than half of what I would have paid in a store.

We've had headsets from other manufacturers and found static and had people we've been talking to mention that they have trouble hearing us or that we're breaking up.

These have been great. No complaints, sound is clear and they are comfortable. We had the Plantronics model that had a volume control but never used the feature. These allow me to attach to my Panasonic and V-Tech wireless phones and talk with others while having my hands free.
