I received a copy of this CD as a gift from my business school last week. All I can say is that I wish I had received it sooner. I have already participated in several interviews held over meals or at "networking" functions and cringed after listening to the CD thinking of all of the etiquette mistakes I unknowingly made. This is a must have for any person looking for a job.

Our career placement office recommended this CD as a way to get ready for job interviews. I ordered it and listened to it several times. I did not know how much I did not know about dining etiquette. I would recommend this for anyone preparing for interviews.

One of the more useful references I have purchased in the last few years. Although I thought I had rules of etiquette covered, I was surprised to find there are rules I did not know about. I wish I had purchased this book sooner. I would have avoided some etiquette mistakes that I wish I had not made.

As a mom of two young boys it's not often I get to practice proper restaurant etiquette so this CD was a great refresher before my husband and I treated ourselves to a nice dinner out! It provided some etiqutte tips I'd never learned before as well as a general refresher of all those little niceties we knew at one time but have perhaps since forgotten. Short enough to be used often, it consists of several "units" so it can be listened to in short segments or you can just refer to the one or ones you need at the moment.

I feel so much more confident at business dinners and even in social situations after listening to this CD. It has just the right mix of detailed information and basic rules of thumb. Well done!

I purchased this CD last month and have listened to it several times. These are great tapes for anyone who finds themselves dining with work superiors or clients - times when making your best impression is most important.

It's nice to see a product like this out there. In addition to banking clients, we have used it with our employees too. We are really glad we got them. Along with being a great gift it has great value when we take employees to formalized events and dinners. I would highly recommend this CD series to any professional business organization.

Trying to remember all of the rules of dining etiquette can be difficult. This Food Scholar CD made it easy and fun. I also purchased the Food Scholar CD about wine. I notice how much more confident I feel when I'm in nicer restaurants, where knowing the proper etiquette is important. The CD is organized into chapters(tracks) that makes finding subjects for review easy.

Very good CD. Well worth the money spent. I was impressed enough to also buy a copy for my nephew, who is graduating from college soon, since he's going to be entering the business world and could use a quick refresher on appropriate etiquette.
