Although this item is supposed to be for "All Regions," it is NOT. Taking a chance because one reviewer said she could play it, I ordered and am very disheartened this morning to find it will not play on any of my DVD players or computers. This is a terrible disservice to Ms. Mesko and to the people who want to use her beautiful practice. Amazon, you need to pull this product for American consumers. Ms. Mesko, your production company needs to produce a DVD that is available for your many American fans. If you have already ordered and need to return, contact Amazon so they can send you instructions and a label that will avoid you having to pay return shipping and handling. I am deeply disappointed.

This is a gorgeous presentation of mudras. Ms. Mesko's instructions are clearly understandable and well-thought and offered in a setting of visual beauty. Anyone with an inkling of the profound benefits of ancient hand gestures will also recognize that they are receiving instructions from a true master.

Sabrina Mesko has very effectively imbued this project with her uniquely artistic vision and has successfully gone far beyond anything I've seen in this genre. Ms Mesko's voice, which provides narration throughout, is extremely soothing and inspires profound calmness.

By the way, I am in the US of A and have had no problem playing Mesko's advanced mudra DVD either on my little portable player or on my PC.

I am a social worker and I am often burned out and stressed when I get home after a ten-twelve hour day. A friend gave me this video and suggested it might relieve stress. I was dubious at best. These mudras and breathing exercises were unlike anything I have ever tried before. They are simple to follow, and give immediate results. They are broken down for specific situations so you can go directly to your area of need. The art direction is stunning, and Sabrina Mesko has a reassuring warmth as she leads you through the mudras. Whether I pop the dvd in for five minutes or 25, this was the best gift ever. I am able to implement these techniques at work easily to de-stress and focus my energy. I highly recommend these mudras, they are truly healing and rejuvenating!

I was so excited to see Sabrina Mesko come out with a new mudras DVD. Finally it arrived. But it is unable to play on USA DVD players. I tried it on many many players and couldn't get it to play. it wouldn't even play on my computer! Well, you may be thinking that you can try it anyway because Amazon will reimburse you since it is defective. surprise! surprise! surprise! They will only reimburse the cost of the item and the return shipping; customer has to bear cost of s/h from amazon to customer. Are you thinking "no problem, I got free s/h!" well surprise again! Eventhough they didn't charge you when you were sent it, they will deduct the s/h cost from the item reimbursement making the customer pay for the s/h on defective items! So be careful. I got charges for s/h twice because I was dumb enough to ask them to send a replacement for their defective dvd and it was defective too! I paid s/h twice and ended up with no DVD playable in USA.
