I purchased this clock only because my son is a huge Harry Potter fan, it is difficult to really tell time with it and it is a little on the flimsy side but it is strickly for show. And for only that purpose it is brilliant!!!

I love the clock, except for the graphics of the faces. They are very grainy. Also the material that the moveable hands are made of is very cheap and look like they could break at any moment. If I didn't really love anything Harry Potter related I would send it back.

This is a must-have if you're a Harry Potter fan. As a clock, however, it does not keep accurate time and is at times difficult to read because of the background pictures that depict the rest of the Weasley clan. (Only the hands for Ron and Ginny are 3-D and move.)

This is very cute hanging on the wall and we like it very much. However, we are admittedly obsessive Harry Potter fans. The clock is actually made of cardboard--it's like a cardboard box about 1 inch thick. The clock works are inside and there is a hanging hole thingy on the back for you to hang it on the wall. The hands are all just pictures on the "box" except for Ron's which is the minute hand and Ginny's which is the hour hand. This is functional, but really just a novelty item. It is very hard to tell what time it is with all the hands. They do look like they would all move though unless you get up really close. We actually just watched the Chamber of Secrets movie and saw the clock on film--this one looks just like the face of the one in the movie.
Overall, we like this very much, but if you arent a really hard core HP collector, know that it is not the sturdiest thing in the world. It does keep good time though.
