I like the idea of these, but I have small feet (5.5) and they don't stay on very well.

Well, that title really says it all. I wear a 10B and am frankly amazed that they stay on without any slippage. (They're not too tight, either.) There is a bit of very soft cloth that goes right where a thong/flip-flop would go; when it's sandal weather, I'll find out if they make sandals more comfy to wear. These little liners are also great just to wear around the house in lieu of slippers. I'll be buying more!
