I didn't have time to find this product in a salon as I usually do, so I thought I would purchase it online. The product that I received is similar but definitely different than what I have used in the past. Based on this, I think that it might be counterfeit and will try to get a refund. Too bad, b/c genuine Crew Fiber works well.

this is exactly what i was looking for. I had been using the American Crew Creme for the past few months, and i liked the shine finish, but what I hated about that product was the smell/odor. When i put it in my hair, it smelled like i had dipped my hair in a donut shop. you may think that that is a good thing, but the smell was simply TOO overbearing. however with this product, the finish is almost the same (this is more of a matte finish), with about the same strength of hold as the Creme, but the BIG plus about this product is the pleasant, SUBTLE (and not overbearing) smell. GET THIS PRODUCT and not the American Crew Creme

Procuct was as promised and arrived swiftly. Works great w/o making your hair look greasy.

This product leaves your hair soft and pliable unlike a gel. In addition it has a mild, sweet smell. The product adds no shine, holds the hair well and is easy to style. The hold lasts more than a few hours.

I guess it is not for every type of hair out there. So, try it at your hairdresser's before ordering a pack of 2.

This product works well and is a lot softer than what I have previously used (Dirty Trix by Matrix). The smell is much, much more pleasant as well. If you're wanting to mold hair but not have it hard and crunchy, then this will serve you well.
