This is an amazing pan. Great for cooking pasta, stews, baked potato dishes etc. This pan cleans up great.

I bought the oval 2-3/4 Dutch oven about a month ago and absolutely love it. I have made BBQ Chicken Breast, Curry Shrimp, Poached Eggs and each dish came out incredible and perfect. It is also easy to clean and maintain. I use a nylon brush and warm water (no soap). I rate this 5 stars *****

My mother always used Le Creuset when I was growing up and now that I am out on my own I am trying to build my own collection of these GREAT pots. I already had a larger pot but I wanted something smaller and that could serve as a roaster and this was a great deal. I love the color, the size (could fit a small chicken) and the weight of it. So far it has been a delight to cook with - I have only made a couple of dishes but I didn't scorch anything and the food cooked evenly. I love these pots!

This must be a discontinued color (Caribbean) to be available at such a great price. For just $59 this beautiful, genuine Le Creuset cocotte is a perfect addition to my enameled cast iron collection. The size is perfect for side dishes or small casseroles and is a gorgeous shade of teal. Are there any more like it? I would buy them all.
