A nice product, reasonably well-designed. A little complicated to copy pictures to internal memory, but very simple to insert an SD card. The menu system is a little clunky, and I would prefer longer cycle times (you get to choose among 3, 5, and 8 second refresh, I think).
Although it's not what I want, however, they are responsible to refund me full, thanks. - Reviewed on 2008-02-08

Got this digital picture frame for the ability to download pictures directly from camera with USB cable. Frame says "Loading", but after ten minutes, says "No Media". Ended up sending back to Audiovox, they sent it back with someone's personal pictures so I assumed it was working. Again plugged my camera in, same problem as I first had. Response from both Audiovox and Electronics Expo were "it should work".

great digital picture frame -- easy to set up and use for those of us who are technically-challenged.

First off, I am not a tech illiterate person. I have an iphone, a flat screen tv, camcorder, digital camera, etc. I am generally up on the latest technologies, and usually enjoy nice new gadgets. But this product, I can't figure out.

First, this was to be a gift to my mother, which I was to load pictures I had stored on my computer and put them onto the internal memory of this frame. Well after repeated attempts to get this thing synched to either my camera OR my computer, I gave up. This thing just does not know how to talk to other pieces of electronics. I'm using Windows XP and a pretty recently purchased computer, so not sure what the problem is.

Oh, the other thing, I would have just purchased the SD card and loaded pictures on there, but my digital camera (cannon powershot) uses a different card, and this frame only takes SD. So there goes that option. I'm sure there's a work around, but to give this as a gift and expect the person to have everything they need in order to get this to work out of the box, don't bother. Very disappointed and will be returning this item.
