I bought this thermometer for the safety of my first child. I am glad that I did because it is quite useful. It has a large digital display of the temperature. It also warns both audibly and digitally that the bath is too hot (great for Grandma's who cannot read the display.) I would recommend this product for all parents and grandparents!

We've had this product for some time. It's accurate and sturdy. The feet acts as a base/holder. When you remove the duck from its base, the power turns on. This saves the battery. Because my son kicks his feet and fling his arms in the tub, the floating duck really takes a beating, but it's still going strong. I buy multiple and give them to all of my expecting friends.

I give it one star because i am not the first one to mention this; after one month ts started showing temperature 5 degrees above the actual water temperature. For the sake of other buyer i hope this thing only errors one way (showing water hotter than actual instead of colder than actual).

This duck is cute and works great. It's very easy to just drop in the water and it beeps loudly if it's too hot. We love it!
