Very nice humidifier. Cute design, works well, great night light feature. It emits a spooky type of mist, but it certainly adds to the charm! Easy to carry and fill. Recommended for any Hello Kitty fan.

I was really looking forward to having this item for our nursery, and need it myself since Phoenix air can be so dry. When I opened it up I found that part of the rim that held the head on the body had shattered in transit, despite (or maybe because) it is force-fit into a heavy piece of styrofoam. I contacted Crane and they were nice enough to ship a replacement head, but the box it arrived in looked like it had been stomped on or driven over, and there was only one flimsy piece of bubble wrap inside. Miraculously, the replacement head was fine despite the poor packaging. But when I assembled the whole thing I found the unit wouldn't even switch on. No power. I did deal with a very nice rep from the company who offered to replace the unit, but after reading more bad reviews on Target.com, I decided this unit is not for us. So now I'm 7 months pregnant, have been needing a humidifier for over a month, and have to take the time (and energy!) to go purchase another one before getting a refund for this one, since the refund won't process for four weeks. I'm sure the working units are just wonderful, but I get tired of having to go through such contortions with things that should arrive in working order!

our humidifier had been broken, and we bought this... it's a great product, it is quiet, and has been very useful for my baby when she has nasal congestion and for us all through the winter months. will definitely recommend this product.

OK, not great; this is the second one, first was defective and replaced pretty quick with this second one we have now; what's nice about it is that it is very quiet; what's bad is that it holds too much water below the water tank so whenever you need to fill up the tank you need to clean lots of water around.

Ours is named Pierre. We like him a lot.

Pierre is very hard worker. Like from over border.

My air is very moist with Pierre.
