It is insulting to our real artists, embarrasing to our nation, and it only helps to magnify the egos of these pathetic celebrities. I really don't understand why people would actually give their money to Paris Hilton.

It just amazes me what a joke the music industry has become. Nowadays anyone can become a singer take for instance: Ashlee Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, and now Paris Hilton? LMAO! No seriously though, I'm still totally not sure how Paris Hilton became so famous. Yes, I know she's the Hilton Hotel Heiress, but I'm not sure why the media gives her so much attention. All she did was live off her family fortune, but now thanks to that fortune, she was able to get the right contacts, to make her own record label called "heiress records" which is a sub-label of Warner Bros. After a reality show series, modeling career, A sex tape, and a couple of roles in a few movies, what did she think to herself? I think I want to be a singer now? Apparently. And thats how this flaming pile of garbage came about. "Stars are Blind" is her first single off her debut album "Paris" and let me tell you it's nothing new or original. The song has kind of a ska beat, which I really don't think much of. Her voice sounds like when you inhale helium from a balloon, and the lyrics are mediocre. Sorry Paris , but you failed miserably as a musician. Leave this profession for the people that really have the talent.

I will admit that I do not own this single nor did I download it. Still, I feel that I'm qualified to review this single since I'm subjected to listening to it every day at my current job. (Lord help me on the days I have to work over eight hours; our preset CD rewinds and I have to hear it TWICE!)
Now, about what I think of the song: I don't like it at all, and this was before I even knew who sang it. It's processed garbage with no real musical value. I can give Paris Hilton credit for trying to follow the example of Gwen Stefani, (yes, I did notice that there is a slight resemblance in her singing voice) but even with a relatively low stereo at my job, I can hear that Paris' voice was processed at least three times. (did I hear someone say it was actually processed about SIX times?)
I don't carry any particular malice for Paris Hilton as so many people seem to (I'm no fan, but I wish nothing absolutely terrible on her), but I truly hope she never attempts to make another album. If the rest of the songs on her album are anything like this, I strongly suggest that she stick to being an heiress and leave the already-ailing music business alone.

Paris has finally done it! She's ruined the definiton of music! TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL! According to her, she's blind... if you can even consider her a star... but in a recent interveiw she said that she cries everytime she hears her album *cough concided brat cough* SHE MUST BE DEAF!! All her lyrics are pathetic... and can u think of anyone more concided? her purpose in life is for all of us to laugh at how much she loves herself and make fun of her being stupid. Paris, if you're reading this... i'm sorry hun, u just can't sing. just because you think you're great and daddy's a rich man... that doesn't make everyone think your sexy or hot... and it CERTAINLY doesn't mean you can sing. the only thing her music is good for is to laugh at because it is so incredibly stupid. who's fighting over her and who thinks she's sexy? anyone who does can join her in the mental/blind/deaf ward at her hospital. o i take that back, she probably has her own personal hospital with gold doors and big stereos so she can listen to herself and think about how wonderful she is... SPARE US! sorry to cut this off but i think i'm gonna barf!

I'm not a kid, I just don't feel like creating an Amazon account. I don't normally review items, but this time I felt compelled to. I would give this single zero stars if I could. It's basically just a bunch of monotonous whispering over a forgettable beat. It's so forgettable, I can't even remember exactly what it sounded like, other than it was really bad. Thank God. By the way, I did not buy this single, nor did I waste my energy downloading it. My friends and I were subjected to listening to it in a movie theater 3 times while we were waiting for a movie to start. We hated it, yet we could not escape it for fear of losing our seats. We're now going deaf. Can we sue Paris for punitive damages?
