First I have to say that the only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am not sure how this set will hold up to the hard water in our area and I am hoping not to see any rust (have not so far). Also, I was hoping for a bit more weight, however, the set is comprehensive and offers more than enough versatility to satisfy. It is a wonderful starter set for someone just starting a household or someone looking to entertain a lot. I LOVE the iced tea/coffee spoons and the appetizer sized spoon/fork and knife is perfect for little ones learning to use utensils. Overall, I highly recommend this set to anyone and believe I have definitely gotten my money's worth on this set.

I bought this set as a replacement for some other flatware sets I had. I wanted something heavy and sturdy, but not too heavy and I chose 18/10 gauge over the lesser 8 or 0 for durability. I wanted something plain, not ornate that could go with everything. This Oneida flatware set met all those requirements and is great! It is a lot of pieces for the money and it came with a caddy which I wasn't expecting. I purchased this set also because of Oneida's good, long-standing reputation and the guarantee they offer.

I was actually very hesitatant to buy this set since the last Oneida set I got (Satin Garnet) began to get rust spots on it after a month of use. This set hasn't rusted yet but who knows (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). It is a nice solid set with many more pieces than I know what to do with. And the price is great!
FYI - in case anyone is wondering (because I couldn't find this info no matter how hard I tried) - this set is made in Vietnam.

Very good quality silverware. We bought it to match with an existing set of Henckles silverware. This Oneida is holding up to washings and little kids much better than the Henckles has.

I needed new silverware and couldn't match my Oneida pattern exactly, but then found this pattern. I am very happy with my purchase. It turned out bettter than I expected. An now I have 12 of everything again.
