Overall it works pretty well, however the massager in the center has to be pressed. It is very touchy and wont turn on unless the exact pressure is there but be careful not to do too much. If too much pressure is used, its not powerful enough to spin.

Noise and noise. Disappointed by the fact that spa neither heat the water nor keep it warm if you add hot water.

I really like this foot spa. It works well. I just wish it would keep the water hot longer than it does. You have to put warm/hot water in and it will keep it warm for about 10-15 minutes, unless you have the air bubbles going, in which case it gets cold pretty fast. Therefore, I don't use the bubbles. My doctor wants me to soak my feet for 30 minutes every day, so the last 15 minutes are not nearly as comfortable as the first 15 minutes. Other than the heating issue, this is a really nice spa for the money.

Just got one for my mother-in-law as birthday gift. She love it so much. And I tried it myself, really good. I used nukeprice.com Hope the price can drop a bit and I can get some refund. ;-)
