I have had this headset and used it for about 8 months. I liked the quality of sound and the mic picked up my voice pretty well. The volume control and mute functionality was great!
The downside was that the headset didn't fit around my ear very well. It sort of hung on my ear mostly - wasn't snug. Perhaps my ear is small or the headset isn't just built right - I'm not sure. But because of this I won't be buying another one of these again.

I guess it's a matter of personal preference, but I like this headset very much. The under-the-earlobe clip is comfortable and secure and the sound quality is good on both ends.

I seriously cannot understand what gripes the people who gave it one star have with this thing.

Very crappy headset. I had many complaints about the sound quality from people that I called. And the way that it fit into my ear was very uncomfortable.

I've always had problems with my xbox 360 headsets breaking shortly after buying them... So I decided to switch to something else... I tried this headset and I love it!!! You don't even need the adapter cause it has volume control and mute on the wire. It's Perfect.

I bought this headset based on price and the fact it was made by Plantronics. We've used Plantronics equiptment for years at work and they are a great company with a lot of models and styles to choose from. I got tired of buying inexpensive headsets at the local big box stores that wouldn't work after 6 months. It comes with two speaking tubes, I use the longest one. I can't imagine who would use the shorter one. I think a longer tube would be a better choice. The comfort and ease of wearing the ear piece is fine, I can hear very clearly and I have had only one person complain that they can't hear me very well. I would buy it again if I had a need.
