Allison sitting looking cold on a pile of rotting wood, looking like she had been crawling around on the ground, in a TOTALLY unhip pair of rubber galoshes and earmuffs.
...and then next be in a pair of 7" heeled platform shoes or tight shiney skirt and full make-up the next night.
Only in the EU-here-the 'hip' wouldnt get caught dead in such clothing -much less being out in nature-its just not "WITH-IT" or cool!
On the felt Mountain insert she looks sexy even in her camping gear
from cool smoky caberat-to the dancefloor to peace and love in the woods

The woman is a genius

Alot of people are giving this low ratings, and I can understand why.. compared to Goldfrapp's last 2 albums, this one doesn't quite live up. It's like a watered down Black Cherry, but if you put this album against anything else besides a Goldfrapp album, it would have 5/5 stars. The album is filled with great pop songs that you can listen to all the way through. It isn't dreary, surreal, and atmospheric like Felt Mountain, nor is it raw & rough like Black Cherry. It's just a pure pop album. Basically, it is Goldfrapp's Kylie album. Just good, fun dancing music. You can't go wrong with that!

Highlights for me include: You Never Know, Let It Take You, Satin Chic, & Number 1.

They are currently working on their 4th album which is due for release in late 2007. Rumors have it that it will be a completely different style from the trip-hoppy Felt Mountain, the industrial Black Cherry, and the disco Supernature. I'm quite excited!! Keep your eyelids peeled back with some superglue, they're on their way!
Goldfrapp has sold out? - Reviewed on 2007-07-04

Dah! What a little sell out she is. OMG, this is just about the most furthest thing from her first album as one can possibly get. I feel like she pivoted fan against fan, and the only fans who know anything about good music would be on my side (the one star side). This album sucks! lame, lame, lame. Total disco sludge.

I wanted to love this album I really did. After all, Goldfrapp's last album Black Cherry is so good I can't help but drag it out of the CD case at least once every couple of months but instead of taking the brilliance of that last album and moving forward instead it's like they just stopped progressing or even worse regressed a little. "Ooh La La" opens the album in a fairly promising way but after that it all becomes a bit samey; the highlight to me is the raunchy-ish sounding (in title and music) "Ride The White Horse" but the lyrics aren't exactly what I thought they'd be. The problem with Supernature isn't that it isn't a good album, because it is, but it's not anywhere near as good as the last album. Where "Strict Machine", "Train" and "Twist" from Black Cherry are practically this millenium's dance anthems, everything off of Supernature just falls flat compared. If you are looking for some Goldfrapp my advice is to avoid this and get your sweaty dancy hands on Black Cherry because that album doesn't disappoint in the way Supernature does.

This is good modern music.25-30 years ago Human League and Depeche Mode set the tone for groups like this.
