these towels are very nice...wash & dry by machine and they hold up well...just be sure not to use fabric softener-they dont absorb as well if you do!

I read the reviews and was alittle worried they would not hold up,
the pattern on hem edge is a little cheap looking compared to the other towels I ordered, and the hem has came loose on several hand towels.
But all and all they look almost new after 1 year of continued use.

Fortunately I only wanted them as makeup removal washcloths. They do a great job and they're very soft and thick. I was disappointed to find large faded spots on them after the first washing, but if you're the only one that will see them, they're a great buy!

Upon opening, they were soft. After some use and washing, etc they are still soft and the color has held.
