The Streamlight 68244 4AA Propolymer Luxeon Flashlight is smaller and lighter than the Streamlight 33244 3C. It's a good size for carrying in a jacket pocket & it puts out a mighty bright light.
Like its big sister, it has a brilliant yellow case that makes it easy to spot. The only thing I don't like is the position of the on/off switch; It's a soft button at the rear end of the case. One has to hold the case in one hand and push the button with the other.

I used to purchases this item by the case when available at Costco. I still order it through Amazon, but at lower levels. What the adds don't say is that it meets many state and federal safety requirements. It has an incredible battery life. I use this item for Christmas gifts. I provide one for all of my employees to be stored in their auto's and be available for their safety.

This flashlight is great. It's lightweight, waterproof, very bright, and very comfortable in my hand. This light performs better than most flashlights. The Luxeon bulb is extremely bright. It might be too bright for some people. If you need a flashlight for reading or lower light situations, try the Streamlight 4AA with 7 LEDs.

Makes D cell Mag-Lites look dim. The 4 AA's make it easy to use rechargeables. Amazing little light for the price.

I was very pleased with this flashlight. The beam is very bright and out performed a regular 3D cell mag light. I tryed it at 300 ft. and worked great.
