This ultra-modern men’s kinetic watch has sleek styling and advanced technological features. Like all Seiko kinetic watches, it is powered by human movement. Instead of relying on a battery, it draws energy from the natural movement of your wrist. It has a five-month power reserve capacitor, so that even if you leave it on the shelf for six months, it will continue to keep accurate time. It has both an overcharge prevention function and an energy depletion forewarning function.

This watch’s round white dial features a prominent stopwatch. The stopwatch second hand circles the main dial, measuring 1/5-second increments. The stopwatch minute hand measures up to 45 minutes. Both hands are blue and stand out against the white dial. If you simply want to know what time it is, you’ll find that displayed on two smaller sub-dials. This watch also features a date window at the 4:30 position. Other features of this watch include a sapphire crystal and a screw-down caseback. The watch has a polished stainless steel bezel with engraved numbers at five-minute intervals. Its case and bracelet-style band are crafted from brushed stainless steel with polished steel accents. The band fastens with a fold over push-button clasp. Water-tested to 100 meters, this watch is suitable for both swimming and snorkeling.

I got the watch within two days from the ordering date just like Amazon promised. The watch is a true beauty for any gentleman out there. It looks great and very masculine. The watch is very well built and seems to be very durable. For $250, CAN'T COMPLAIN!!! I highly recommend it for anyone out there.

The watch is beautifully built and elegant, but sturdy enough to last and maintain its original quality. The feel of the buttons impeccable, and the turn of the knob smooth, exact and with negligible backlash. All the hands are in good registry with the markings. The chronometer runs for 48mins (intentionally three minutes past the retrograde markings), and the second hand comes to a halt in perfect registry with the 12 o'clock marking, as if it knew you were watching! The buckle is smooth enough that I need not worry about scratching my laptop.The belt can not swing freely around the pin where it is connected to the main body of the watch, so one risks exerting a large torque to the shiny link in the middle. So try not to trod on the watch or leave it in an awkward place when going to sleep. Power reserve is satisfactory. Although I do not wear it every day, it has never stopped in the last three years. The body and bracelet are nicely curved, so the watch feels lighter than it really weighs. Some watches lose their initial aura. This one doesn't. Why? Because it is assembled with care, and the mechanical complication is no hoax. You feel there is a little universe in side the casing. .. That's a good watch.

I have owned this watch for about a month. It is quite nice. But, it is a bit heavy. The titanium band may be more light, but is more expensive.
What is most dissapointing about it is that the stainless steel band gets easily scratched. And, the design of the hour and minute hands could have been more fashionable.
Nonetheless, it is quite nice watch for 250$.

I just received this watch last Friday. It's bigger than I expected, but the design is absolutely beautiful. I had the belt length adjusted just today and everything is as good as Seiko can get.
