Amazon.com Product Description

This multi-feature alarm chronograph watch is perfect for the man who expects his timepiece to do more than just tell him the time. Set in a stainless steel case, the watch has a handsome round blue dial with a date window at the three o’clock position and three silver-toned subdials. Lumibrite hands and markers make the dial easy to read, day and night. The chronograph offers precise stopwatch timing, measuring up to 60 minutes in 1/5-second increments. The alarm subdial has two small hands and can be set on a 12-hour basis. It doubles as an international travel clock since the alarm hands can be set to indicate the time in a different time zone. The watch also features a unidirectional rotating bezel that shows elapsed time. Other features of this watch include a scratch-resistant Hardlex crystal, a screw-down caseback, and Japan quartz movement. The watch features a stainless steel bracelet-style band with gold-toned accent links. It fastens securely with a double-locking push-button release clasp. Water-tested to 100 meters, this watch is suitable for both swimming and snorkeling. It has a battery life of 2 to 3 years.

9 years and still going strong... - Reviewed on 2008-10-06

I bought this watch Thanksgiving weekend '99. The reason I bought it is because I wanted a nice looking watch that also was able to perfrom most functions that a simple digital watch can do. Since this watch has digital guts, I also has an alarm and a stopwatch.

I'm VERY hard on equipment having been through at least three or four G-shocks in my life and countless lesser watches. I have worn this almost everday for 9 years except for about a year when I wore a Casio Pathfinder that broke. This watch goes scuba diving, mountain biking, dirtbiking to name a few and it's BULLET PROOF. I'm probably going to get a Suunto soon just because I want another Altimeter watch. Even after 9 years, I still catch myself staring at this watch. I wish I could say the same of my wife.

I've had this watch for 4-5 years and it's been great. I paid almost 400 for it then. The only thing I've needed to do is change the battery this past summer. Some of the gold tone has worn off in a few places on the band, but this is normal for the age of this watch.
I've used it scuba diving, swimming (salt and fresh), snow skiing, and working on the car (most punishment yet). I've slammed the face into brick walls and metal railings without a problem (not on purpose). I would recommend this watch/brand to anyone interested.
