This product actually makes the shoes more comfy to wear. I have a pair of slingback shoes, where the front side keeps hurting my feet. This product protect my front feet from rubbing through the side of the shoes. It also has grippers on the bottom to avoid it slipping inside the shoes. Overall nice product.
