I have bought expensive non-stick pans before and the non-stick surface always ends up getting ruined after about a year of use. Unless you are going to wash then by hand every time and take absolute care to never scratch the surface -- even when storing them -- it doesn't make sense in my mind to buy an expensive non-stick pan so you can throw it away a year later. Absolutely go ahead and invest money in good "regular" pans; but don't throw it away on non-stick ones. Get these Farberwares and you won't feel bad when you need to replace it.

The pans were extremely "out of round" and appear to be major factory rejects that should have been scrapped.

If they weren't so cheap I would have returned them.

I DO NOT recommend them.

Like many who have ordered this set, my pans arrived damanged due to poor packaging.

As for the pans themselves, it appears as though they are poorly balanced and will not sit flat on my burners unless heavily loaded with food.

However, the non-stick works great and seems to be holding up just fine. Considering how much I paid, I guess I can not complain about their short comings. These are great if you need a cheap set of non-stick pans.

The lable on the front safe dishawasher safe, but when you open the package and look on the back side of the exact same lable it says they are NOT dishwasher safe. what gives? nice looking set of pans though. guess they will end up in the camping box.
