Customer Reviews
There's a reason they lost their record deal - Reviewed on 2006-07-16
This album isn't really all that great. I come from the same hometown they do, so I've seen them live a few times. Their music is more or less pop-punk, but not very good pop-punk. They appear to be going for the punk look with their mohawk styles, but it doesn't quite come across. A few are their songs are somewhat catchy, but more or less are obnoxious. They don't sound that interesting live and there are much better pop-punk and punk bands in the respective genres. Also, on a peronsal level, I think Travis and Chris are a bunch of jerks. I've never once talked to them where they weren't completely drunk or stoned, and they usually came off as really stupid people. If you're looking for a good pop-punk bands I'd recommend the Movielife, MxPx, or The Unlovables. If you're looking for something harder and more punk I suppose go with Pennywise, NOFX, Lagwagon, Lifetime, or Strike Anywhere. If you're looking for something to satisfy you're pre modern pop-punk and punk tastes go with Dead Kennedys, Minor Threat, or 7 Seconds.
