works like a charm. it wouldnt fit in my suitcase though (the pole is too long) so i had to attach it to the outside of my suitcase. but assembly was easy and it fits well on my doorway. im still always a little worried about it falling but it doesnt even seem close to falling apart or breaking my door frame. i love it!

I think this thing is awesome, and the people who wrote bad reviews are just a few unfortunate exceptions and deserve their money back. I weigh 185 lbs, and when I pull up it doesn't even budge slightly. My doorframe is 6 in. wide at the top and the doorway opening itself is 29 in. It fit perfectly with these dimensions, but if any of the doorway's dimensions were just a few inches bigger, it would not have fit, so measure your doorway. If your measurements are good, buy this thing. I read some comments about people being afraid of it falling down, and like I said, it doesn't come even remotely close to budging. It doesn't move a single millimeter on my doorway. I bet those people either got a defective one, in which case they deserve a refund and a new one, or their doorway was too big or small. I like this thing so much I'm going to buy one for my brother right away.

P.S. the long, flat box came with 1 long bar, 2 L shaped handle bars, a short padded bar, 4 screws/4nuts/4washers and a small wrench. Assembly took me 5 minutes.

The door gym is worth the money. Assembly was straightforward and very easy. A small clip is included and when inserted at the top of the door frame it serves as a guide to ensure the door gym is properly fitted on the door frame. Mounting/dismounting the door gym to/from the door frame takes only a second. The door gym itself has sufficient foam padding to prevent marring or marks on the door frame. Foam padding is provided for hand grips but the positioning of the foam has one's wrists a little too close together. My suggestion would be to provide foam padding all across the horizontal bar.

The product came on time, I am very happy with the purchase, and I look forward to getting a lot of use from it.

Love it so much this 2nd round is a gift.

However,shipping from Amazon was horrendous. Both packages came barely intact and beat-up.
