1 star for the sheep levels - Reviewed on 2007-07-16

5 worlds a world with about 6 minigames in each. That's about 30 or so
(some don't have bonus mini-games- and I'm not reloading my game to double check the exact number) minigames and over half of them being the same as the ones in the previous levels. And before you go to the last world, you have to complete the mini-games in the current, or all previous worlds (I can't remember) 3 times each. There are 4 main mini-games that repeat, and then 1 or 2 bonuses that very slightly or a lot from other bonuses. The main mini-games all have automatical scrolling, and you are either in a maze in a jet/tank that shoots, or in a jeep/robot that jumps/flips to avoid holes/enemies. This game is a side-scroller outside of the mini-games, and there are no levels other than mini-games. There is a half way point in each world where you do a special task of playing tug or grating ice. I admit that the sheep minigames were at least fun (who wouldn't enjoy using a jet to shoot sheep or toasting sheep while a timer is running). You can win cards, which is pointless, by playing spin the wheel, etc. You can't win all the cards unless you also have crash or a link.

I beat it over 4 times and I find it worse than spyro: enter the dragonfly, I love spyro games, but why, why make it so horrible.
It's NOT what I expected! - Reviewed on 2004-08-06

I Never liked spyro games, but I loved Crash games so I thought that this would be really cool but it's kind of boring and short. It only took me 2 days to beat this. There is only 5 levels. And there is really nothing to do after you beat it. I'm not saying that this is a bad game I mean it's okay but just NOT what I expected! I would suggest renting it first. Now I kind of think it was waist of money to get this game out of saving for it. It was really nothing. Now after saving for this "okay" kind of game I think I'm going to rent games before I buy them. I NEVER used to rent games. But now thanks to this game I'm going to rent. So thanks alot Spyro Orange.

Of all the Spyro games this one has to be the worst one yet. I did not mind that he is in Crashes world however, they did not have to make it 2 dimensional. Spyro can only go 180 degrees not the 360 that he is able to do in his outher ones. And each level has the same challanges, that's no challange.

First off, I just want to say that I give a huge amount of respect to the makers of these Spyro and Crash Game Boy games. When I say that, I'm referring to the entire series on game Boy. I like the Crash and Spyro games on Playstaion also, but when I'm not home, I can still play these guys wherever I go, and thats the best part.
I know there are some bad games out there, but Crash and Spyro are nowhere near that category (unless you count the terrible Crash Bash game).
One more thing, I have been seeing some negative reviews, and thats fine, you are all entitled to your opinions. But there is one person giving reviews to almost every popular game that never seems to like anything. I'm referring to A Gamer from Indianapolis, Indiana, or wherever. If you are reading this, don't you like anything? Every single time I read reviews, there you are, and you're always negative. Please let us all who are curious to know, what kind of games you do like. I don't know how old you are, and I have never been to Indiana, but please, stop giving negative reviews. You are taking up review space for people who have true respect for video games.
