Purchased this for my four year old daughter who loved it at first sight. She enjoys making "breakfast" with me. Several months later she keeps this set in her play kitchen and "cooks" with her friends.

Since my husband would not let me get a real play kitchen... I saw this and snapped it up! To my surpise, my 3 year old that normally hates touching play-doh, was all for this!

We made lots of different foods with the molds and even wanted to sleep with the fake egg (not happening!)

Oh coarse the biggest down side to this is that it IS play-doh... it makes such a mess and I am always vacuuming, but it is worth him being really happy to play with something besides Thomas the Tank Engine!

My daughter got this for x-mas and she really likes it a lot. She doesn't use the table because it doesn't stay on very well. And to tell you the truth we had a hard time putting the table on. DUH!!!
The press to make shapes does not work well at all. More play doh comes out of the sides then comes out in shapes. For the price kids will like it. But don't expect to much.
Cute idea but not steady or STURDY enough - Reviewed on 2005-09-14

There's little to criticize about Play Doh as far as a fun, squooshy and classic toy to spark imaginative playtime for youngsters; however, this pretend kitchen leaves much to be improved upon. First off, the table on the side does not stay put. The leg is constantly tipping over with the slightest movements, making it frustrating to set up. The cookie press is fun to create various shapes, but the receptacle doesn't hold much dough, so after about half an inch of squeezing out the design, you need to clean it out and refill. The recipe cards offer creative and fun to make dishes, and the utencils are cute, but I doubt most children can really enjoy hours with this toy.

I got this for my 3 year old nephew at Christmas time and he still plays with this for hours. This is the one creative toy for a kid that will keep them entertained for a long time.
