Help teach your child to tell time with the Timex T89022 Time Teacher watch, which features labeled and color-differentiated hour and minute hands and a color differentiated dial with "to" and "past" markings. This quartz analog watch features a small flower that rotates around the dial with the hands and a comfortable elastic fabric strap (for better dirt and stain resistance) with pink flowers against a purple base. This watch also offers water resistance to 30 meters (100 feet), durable purple resin case, and Timex's unique Kids Loss Protection Plan. It's recommended for children ages 6 and older.

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.

Timex understands that kids often lose things, even their most prized possessions, which is why this watch is covered by the Timex Kids Loss Protection Plan. If the watch is lost, Timex will replace it with the same style (or similar if your style is not available) at the price of $10 for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked. Details are included in the printed instructions that come with the watch.

Great watch for kids and adults alike. As a school volunteer, I find the kids love checking out my watch. I also have skin allergies and these bands are AWESOME!

I bought this watch for my niece, she loved it! It was a great find and not very expensive for a child's first watch. The band is not the greatest (attaches with velcro), and the words that help the child tell time are very, very small (even for a child's eyes). However, in spite of these shortcomings I would still recommend the purchase of this watch.

I'm buying this watch for the second time. The first one was lost on the second day wearing it. I can't blame my daughter for being irresponsible, my first thought after seeing the watch was that that band would fail. It was difficult to attach correctly and would loosen throughout the day, I didn't expect the watch to get lost, I just thought she'd need help re-attaching it again and again. We've concluded that her watch probably came off with her jacket sleeve, our family was visiting a crowded museum so none of us noticed right away.

The replacement watch will have its band sewn closed at the appropriate size. The band is elastic, so she'll still be able to put it on.

Timex has a $10 replacement policy, which I'll be taking advantage of, but my daughter was heartbroken and I know Amazon will have a replacement here faster.

This one I bought before, but it did not have same efect than the other watch. My girfriend is pretty picky (12 old). And well see needs special stuff...

This made a GREAT gift for a 6 year old. It is colorful (flowery)and stylish (purple and pink are her fav colors). She was quite excited and didn't want to take it off for night. By the end of the first day, she was telling correct time. It is simple to explain! I'd highly recommend this for any young elementary age female child.
