I really do wish I could like it. This is a well made, heavy pan that cooks like a dream. But prospective buyers will want to do some measuring around their kitchens before ordering. There is a LONG handle, which has been a problem for me. It's hard to fit in the oven, hard to fit into the dishwasher, and hard to store in my kitchen cabinets. Cuisinart makes a 12" EveryDAY pan with the same domed lid but two short handles, which I have since ordered, and which I find much more practical to use. (You can fit the same amount of food into the EveryDAY pan)

These pans are a delight to use, and particularly wonderful for slow-braising dishes, but this 12" EveryTHING design is difficult to live with in a small kitchen. I recommend the version without the handle.

What a great pan at a great price! I was concerned with food sticking. NO PROBLEM! This is better than any non-stick pan that I have used and clean up is so easy. The handles DO NOT get hot like I thought they would. Very cool to the touch. They are a very heavy duty pan and have a very nice looking design. I heat a little warm water in the pan before cleaning and EVERYTHING comes loose. I have never had to scrub it at all. It looks as good as new after several washes. I will definately be adding to my set with a few more Cuisinart pots & pans! I was a bit disappointed that the prices are going up, but they are still a great deal compared to any others that I have tryed!

I love this pan! I received it a month ago and with a promotion, got it for under 20$. No, it is not nonstick, and I initially intended to purchase another nonstick pan, but given this pan's reviews and the price, I gave it a try and am very pleased with it. It is a beautiful, heavy, well made pan with a high domed lid(included). It is a good sized pan and I really love the "helper handle". Yes, it is somewhat heavy...but I think that is a plus. It cleans up like a dream and I love the fact that you do not have to be extra careful about metal utensils, the dishwasher etc.(although I love this pan so much that I will probably "baby it"). I am extremely happy with this pan and the price can't be beat! Thanks Amazon!

This is a very good quality pan for the price. Cooks food quite nicely, and clean up is a breeze. A very heavy-weight pan! Glad I bought two of them!

Two pans arrived sans the "Domed Cover," one even had the handle pushed through the box end. Amazon quickly had a (third) complete, undamaged, replacement at my door. Factory packaging doubles as shipping container...plan on needing another box if this is to be a gift.
I own the $24.99, lidless, version; it heats evenly, no problem with food sticking, easy to clean...however, the cookie sheet I sometimes use as a lid can't compete with look of this pan's domed cover!
