Fun, but a little too easy - Reviewed on 2008-08-03

I watched 4 kids ages 10 to 7 play this game. they enjoyed it, but I think kids over the age of 11 might get a bit bored after a while, as it seemed easy.

What a great game. NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SOLVE IT IN 30 SECONDS. I really do not like the title. I think some people might get disincourage from buying it thinking they have to be extremely smart to solve the case. The truth is our family takes about I think it is a little minutes or so in solving the case or giving up. It is difficult for teens to play alone so Adults play too. Our family loves playing it at parties and get togethers. It makes you think in a fun way. Someone gets to read a short paragraph senerio filled with clues. You figure it out together as a group or can keep asking for up to 3 clues. For each extra clue a point is removed out of 5 possible points. I highly recommend it.

This board game makes you think. But some of the "30 second mysteries" are so "off the wall", no one would think of them. Was very simple to play, but not worth the money. Not what I thought it was. Disappointed in the game.

I was pleasantly surprised by this game. It is simple yet helps my boys with using clues to come up with an answer. One note of caution, it works best with even number of players as you work in teams. (Also, with younger kids you want more than 4 playing) If you don't play by the rules, it's fun no matter what the number of players!
