Simpson maniacs unite! - Reviewed on 2008-10-01

This Simpson-themed board game (unlike some others) has to do with Simpsons 100%. It's not stupid (in fact you MUST bring a sizeable knowledge of the Simpsons to the table) and sometimes even hard.
There is a bit of a problem with it however that's only mechanical in nature. The board itself consist of a "board" with dollar values (of course like on real Jeopardy!) with triangular supports to stand on. These supports break easily (and are quite flimsy) making the board not being able to "stand" upright. Also the Simpsons banner on top is (supposedly) fashioned to the board with double-sided tape (included) that is supposed to hold up the whole weight of the cardboard. Of course this doesn't happen. You can play the game just fine without putting it on, though.
Overall: this game will cram a much needed dose of the Simpsons into your life (whether you like it or not.)

Simpson's "Jeopardy" is unexpectedly fun, built on clever rule making, and
offers a good pace to the game. Highly recommended, especially for those
of us who really like the quirky, mustard-colored family from Springfield.

This game is a good way to test your knowledge of the Simpsons TV show, but it is not worth while with just two players. Certain questions require you to know things that have barely anything to do with the show. I would recommend the Simpsons Trivia Game instead. If you have three people to play, good for you!
This Is (The Simpson's) JEOPARDY! - Reviewed on 2005-02-14

The Simpson's JEOPARDY is played just like the regular JEOPARDY! board game. Most of the same game pieces are included, except the game money has pictures of The Simpson's cast and there is a giant "billboard" of the Simpson family. This is a game that any fan of the show will enjoy and that can weed out the novices out from the uberfans. A sample smidgen of categories includes: "Who Shot Mr. Burns?", "D'Oh-Pourri", "Based On...", "Springfield of Dreams", "Marge's Leftovers", "Professor Frink, N'Hey", "Bart the Daredevil", "The End Credits", "On This Date...", "Milestones", and "Springfield Museums." Some of the questions are hilarious, but almost all are completely trivial. I'm a fan of the show, but am not obsessed with it and can only get about 50% of the questions right. I have friends who have never missed a question, yet. THE SIMPSON'S JEOPARDY! board game makes a great gift for any Simpson's fan.
