I use this daily for frying rotis and making dosas(once in a while). The pan is heavy. Its gets rusty very easily.But it works amazingly well.I made pancakes on it twice and they turned out good. I use it mostly for Indian cooking and the flavor of food is very similar to what we get back in India.I have been using it since 2 yrs almost everyday.It doesn't need a lot of cleaning if you are just using it for rotis and chapathis n tortillas.If you use oil, it definitely needs a clean up.I just put it in the dishwasher after scrapping of food stuck to its surface with a scrub.Don't leave it the dishwasher for too long or else it will rust.It could definitely do with a longer handle.The handle becomes hot(same as the surface temperature)I am planning to buy one more of this.

This is really good for making Indian Dosa,Chapathi.The only reason why iI gave a 4 stars is that the handle heats up too and thats why remember never to touch the handle while cooking, it burns your fingers. The other reason is that since it is made of cast iron you always have to hand wash it and wipe it dry to store.

There is nothing to say but "great product".
I find that I use less oil in this griddle than in the normal coated pan.
Less oil but cooked out great taste.
I love this iron cast priduct. After using this I also bought 10-1/2 pre-seasoned skillet. Both are wonderful for best taste.

I use this griddle EVERY day. It's perfect for eggs, pancakes, grilled sandwiches, quesadillas, meats, fried noodles, omelettes, etc. When my husaband bought it for me back in the days when I didn't use cast iron much, to my shame I allowed it to sit idle for about a year before I finally got it seasoned and started to use it. I've never looked back, and now use cast iron almost exclusively, with this pan as my central piece. It never leaves the stovetop. EVER.
