The rack holds rib roasts upright, maximizing grill space and lessening time spent sweating in front of the barbecue. In addition, the rack reduces environmental pollutants associated with barbecuing and conserves resources. It cooks both sides of ribs evenly and simultaneously, while the meat self-bastes in its own juices for a tastier entrée.

The rib rack features six, nonstick steel grids with a clever pig design on the front. Grids are removable, allowing chefs to adjust the rack for their specific needs. The rack accommodates up to five ribs roasts at a time. To use the rack, place it flat on top of the grill grates, briquettes, or lava rocks. When not in use, the six grids fold into the main frame of the rack for easy storage. This item is dishwasher-safe.
