Dave Sheridan plays the title character, an insurance claims investigator whose father (Randy Quaid), a daredevil stuntman, blew up while attempting a motorcycle jump. In response, Frank's mother (Dolly Parton) became a safety nut, forcing her children to wear padded clothing and crash helmets even when sleeping. Frank's one goal in life is to get revenge on two shyster lawyers who prevented his father from getting proper medical attention. But the plot of Frank McKlusky, C.I. is just an excuse for an endless series of tasteless jokes about the handicapped, gays, fat people, bodily functions, and Scott Baio.
