This is one of those iconic recordings from the 1970's. For those of us that were in our prime then. How does this album stack up in 2008? I have no idea. "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" reminds me of fond times. I feel "Magdalena" is one of the best songs of all time that few have likely ever heard. For me, this CD was a time machine.

I remember having this recording on 8 track tape when I was about 13 years old and loved it. It's the same great Leo Sayer I remember although I gave up pop music a LONG time ago and almost exclusively listen to hard rock and country nowadays. Leo Sayer's pop is upbeat (perhaps disco at times) and deeply emotional on some songs. This is Leo's best album in my opinion even though there are a couple annoying tracks on it....that's why it got 4 stars. I like Endless Flight much better than his greatest hits CD. If you like pop and 70's music then you will probably like this CD. It's pure fun nostalgia for me.
